Claims (15)
- 直交電界を有する電磁インダクタを加熱製品(1)の放熱から隔離するように意図された、磁束に対して透過的な断熱スクリーンであって、前記断熱スクリーンが、断熱材で作られたブロックから構成されるマトリクス(7)と、流体の循環によって冷却される複数のチューブ(8)とで形成され、これらのチューブが、前記ブロックから構成されるマトリクス内に閉じ込められており、前記チューブ及びブロックが、支持体によって定位置に保持されている断熱スクリーンにおいて、該断熱スクリーンが前記ブロックの背後に、前記ブロックを通過する熱流束を遮断するように配置された熱伝導手段(10)を含み、これらの熱伝導手段が、前記熱流束を前記チューブ内に放出する冷却チューブ(8)に熱的に結合されていることを特徴とする、断熱スクリーン。
- 熱伝導手段(10)が、磁束によって引き起こされる電流の生成を防ぐかまたは低減する手段(11)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の断熱スクリーン。
- 熱伝導手段(10)が、冷却チューブ(8)に熱的に結合された金属スクリーンSによって形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の断熱スクリーン。
- 金属スクリーンSは、前記ブロックの後部にわたって延びる金属フィン(12)によって形成され、各フィン(12)は、冷却チューブ(8)と熱的に接触していることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の断熱スクリーン。
- 前記フィンは、前記冷却チューブに固定されている数本の金属ワイヤによって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の断熱スクリーン。
- 前記磁束によって引き起こされる電流の生成を防ぐかまたは低減する手段(11)は、熱伝導手段(10)に形成されたスロット(15)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の断熱スクリーン。
- スロット(15)が、チューブ(8)の長手方向に対して横方向に向けられて配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の断熱スクリーン。
- スロット(15)が、前記金属スクリーンの長手方向縁部に開口しており、前記中央部分近くで閉じていることを特徴とする、請求項4、6及び請求項7のいずれかに記載の断熱スクリーン。
- 各フィン(12)は、チューブ(8)の両側に延びていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の断熱スクリーン。
- 各フィン(12)は、チューブ(8)の各側で、隣接する2つのチューブ(8)の間のギャップの実質的に半分にわたって延びていることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の断熱スクリーン。
- 各フィン(12)がチューブ(8)に溶接されていることを特徴とする、請求項9または請求項10に記載の断熱スクリーン。
- 前記フィンは、単一部材として形成された、押出または延伸金属スクリーン/チューブアセンブリに形成されたスロットによって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項4、請求項9〜11のいずれか一項に記載の断熱スクリーン。
- 前記チューブに隣接する前記フィンの領域は、前記チューブの輪郭の一部に追従するクレードル(12a)の形を有することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の断熱スクリーン。
- 前記フィン(12)は、前記磁束から保護すべき前記インダクタの領域内において、前記チューブの全長にわたって設けられることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の断熱スクリーン。
- 製品を加熱するための、直交電界を有する電磁インダクタを含む熱処理装置、特に炉において、加熱された製品の熱放射から前記インダクタを保護するために、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも1つの断熱スクリーンを含むことを特徴とする、熱処理装置。
