Claims (8)
- 水冷式のリニアモーターであって、
永久磁石を有する固定子(10)と、前記固定子(10)内に直線的且つ変位可能に配置され、少なくとも1つの電気コイルを含む回転子(12)と、を備え、前記回転子(12)には、液冷式のヒートシンク(20)に熱伝導可能に接続された熱伝導層(18)が設けられ、
前記熱伝導層(18)は、スリット状の中断部(24)を有し、
前記中断部(24)は、少なくとも部分的に蛇行して延在する、リニアモーター。 - 前記熱伝導層(18)は、電気伝導性であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリニアモーター。
- 前記熱伝導層は、金属膜、特に銅膜(18)であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のリニアモーター。
- 前記回転子(12)は、少なくとも2つの側面で前記熱伝導層(18)によって包まれることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリニアモーター。
- 前記中断部(24)は、少なくとも部分的に平行および/または直線的に延在することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリニアモーター。
- 前記回転子は、平行6面体の形状を有し、2つの平行な主面と、それらを接続する端面(14)と、を有し、前記平行6面体の前記端面における前記中断部(24)は、蛇行して延在することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリニアモーター。
- 前記ヒートシンク(20)は、前記回転子(2)上に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリニアモーター。
- 前記ヒートシンクは、液冷式の冷却ブロック(20)であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリニアモーター。
