Claims (1)
- オイルミストが含まれた空気を吸引するためメインケーシング内に装備された羽根車の上流側に位置するフロントケーシングに格納され、オイルミスト捕集用の多層構造の面状フィルタを保持するフィルタケージが、フィルタケーシングの側方で出し入れ可能となっているオイルミスト除去装置において、
空気の流れを阻害することなく前記多層構造の面状フィルタを流れに直角となるように保持するフィルタケージの前面には、該フィルタケージのサイドパネル前縁に形成された昇降用ガイドレールに沿ってフィルタケージから抜き取り可能なフロント格子が設けられ、
該フロント格子を外せば、フロント格子直下に溜まったごみの掻き出し作業が容易となるダスト受けが、前記フィルタケージの下方に設けられ、
吸引空気に随伴する細粒物を前記ダスト受けに叩き落とす衝突板が、前記フロント格子の前面に取りつけられ、
前記フィルタケージの後面に設けられたリヤ格子は周囲のパネルと一体をなして固定されていることを特徴とするオイルミスト除去装置。
