Description
以下、この発明の実施の形態1による車両充電装置について、図に基づいて詳細に説明する。図1は、この発明の実施の形態1による車両充電装置を含む車両電源装置の構成を示すブロック図である。図1において、車両電源装置200は、例えば車両の外部に設けられた交流電源1を接続することにより車両駆動バッテリ6を充電する車両充電装置300と、車両充電装置300を制御する電子制御装置7とを備える。車両駆動バッテリ6は、リチウムイオンバッテリ等、充放電可能な蓄電池である。
路34及びバッテリ電圧検出回路35に接続されており、バッテリ電流検出回路34からバッテリ電流の検出値を取得し、バッテリ電圧検出回路35からバッテリ電圧の検出値を取得する。

Iout:バッテリ電流検出回路34で検出されるDC/DCコンバータ11のバッテリ電流値

fdc:DC/DCコンバータ11のスイッチング周波数
Qdc:フィードフォワードコンバータスイッチの制御信号
トルを示している。図7の(a)に示す例では、配線のインダクタンス51a、51bとコンデンサ28とで形成された共振回路の共振周波数f1は、スイッチング周波数fdcの3次の高調波成分3fdcに近い値である場合を示している。
ンダクタンス51a、51bがコンデンサ28と共振し、その共振周波数がスイッチング周波数の高調波に近いことで高調波が増幅され、図8の(b)に示すように、結果的にバッテリ電流値Ioutは、その高調波成分の周期T2(=1/3fdc)で発振し、電流リップルも増加される。以上が従来の充電装置に於けるバッテリ電流の発振するメカニズムである。
(1)外部電源から供給される交流電力を直流電力に変換する電力変換部を備え、前記直流電力により車両に搭載されたバッテリを充電する車両充電装置であって、前記電力変換部のスイッチングを制御する制御部と、前記バッテリを充電するバッテリ電流の発振の有無を判定する電流監視手段とを備え、前記制御部は、前記電流監視手段の判定結果に応じて前記電力変換部のスイッチング周波数を設定することを特徴とする。

Claims (8)
- 外部電源から供給される電力をバッテリ電圧に見合った電圧に変換する電力変換部を備え、前記電力変換部により車両に搭載されたバッテリを充電する車両充電装置であって、
前記電力変換部のスイッチングを制御する制御部と、
前記バッテリを充電するバッテリ電流の発振の有無を判定する電流監視手段と、
を備え、
前記制御部は、前記電流監視手段の判定結果に応じて前記電力変換部のスイッチング周波数を設定する、
ことを特徴とする車両充電装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記電流監視手段により前記バッテリ電流が発振していると判定されたときは、前記電力変換部のスイッチング周波数を所定の値に設定する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両充電装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記電流監視手段により前記バッテリ電流が発振していると判定されたときは、前記電力変換部のスイッチング周波数を所定の範囲で拡散させる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両充電装置。 - 前記電流監視手段は、複数の異なるカットオフ周波数をもつフィルタ回路を備える、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両充電装置。 - 前記電流監視手段は、第1の所定のカットオフ周波数をもつフィルタ回路を備えた第1の電流検出手段と、前記第1の所定のカットオフ周波数より高い第2の所定のカットオフ周波数もつフィルタ回路を備えた第2の電流検出手段を備え、前記第1の電流検出手段により取得した電流値と前記第2の電流検出手段により取得した電流値との差が所定の値を超えたとき、前記バッテリ電流が発振していると判定する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両充電装置。 - 前記電流監視手段は、前記バッテリ電流のサンプル点から前記バッテリ電流の周波数を検出し、前記検出した周波数が前記スイッチング周波数の所定の高調波成分であるとき、前記バッテリ電流が発振していると判定する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両充電装置。 - 前記電流監視手段は、フーリエ変換により前記バッテリ電流の周波数を検出し、前記検出した周波数に基づいて前記バッテリ電流が発振していると判定する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両充電装置。 - 前記電流監視手段は、前記バッテリ電流の傾きが反転する点の間隔から算出した周期から周波数を検出し、前記検出した周波数に基づいて前記バッテリ電流が発振していると判定する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両充電装置。
