Description
本発明は、請求項1の上位概念による、摩擦材料、特に車両の摩擦ライニング用の摩擦材料を製造する方法に関する。
Claims (4)
- 質量%で、
繊維材料として、ガラス繊維:14〜5%、
充填剤として、雲母:10〜5%および重晶石:10〜5%、
滑剤として、グラファイト:20〜10%、
金属成分として、銅:36〜5%及び
結合剤として、水ガラス:10〜70%
からなる摩擦材料に、
水:15〜105%を加えた配合物(但し、微粒子状SiO2を含有する場合を除く。)を湿式処理することを特徴とする摩擦材料の製造方法。 - 前記摩擦材料が、車両の摩擦ライニング用の摩擦材料である請求項1に記載の摩擦材料の製造方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法により製造された摩擦材料から、乾燥工程により水を除去することにより得られた摩擦ライニング。
- 前記摩擦ライニングが、車両用の摩擦ライニングである請求項3に記載の摩擦ライニング。
