Claims (22)
- 少なくとも2つのアキシャルすべり軸受表面を有する装置であって、該2つのアキシャルすべり軸受は、それらの間に接触面を画定するように対向しており、該装置が、該接触面を維持しながら稼動している間に、摺動自在に相対運動可能に構成されており、かつ、該接触面内にある流体膜によって分けられており、該接触面において軸受機能とシール機能を有する少なくとも1つの静圧アキシャルすべり軸受を形成しており、
該装置は、
該アキシャルすべり軸受表面を形成する第1の構成要素と、および、
該アキシャルすべり軸受表面を形成する第2の構成用要素と、
第1および第2のアキシャルすべり軸受表面の少なくとも1つに、第1および第2の構成要素の接触面内で、前記流体膜を形成する流体流れを通じさせる、少なくとも1つの流体開口部と、
を有し、
第1および第2のアキシャル軸受表面は、前記静水圧アキシャルすべり軸受のために、前記接触面において、軸受表面およびシール表面として機能し、
第1および第2のアキシャルすべり軸受表面が、第1の運動方向において、それらの間に前記接触面を維持しつつ、その位置において前記軸受機能およびシール機能を維持しながら、摺動自在に相対運動可能に構成されており、少なくとも第2のアキシャル軸受表面が、該第1の運動方向において振動波形を有する表面形状を備えており、該振動波形は、前記第1および第2のアキシャルすべり軸受が、該第1の運動方向に摺動自在に相対運動している間に、前記流体膜から前記接触面内への流体漏れを制限するシール機能を提供することを特徴とする、装置。 - 前記振動波形が正弦波である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記振動波形が三角波である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記振動波形がのこぎり波である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記振動波形が対称的である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記振動波形が非対称的である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記振動波形の最大振幅が100μm未満である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記振動波形の最大振幅が少なくとも0.1μmである、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第1のアキシャルすべり軸受表面が、振動波形を有しない平面の表面形状を備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第1のアキシャルすべり軸受表面が、前記振動波形の最大振幅の10分の1以下の表面粗さを有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第1および第2の構成要素が共通する軸の周りで相対回転し、第2の構成要素の振動波形が、該共通する軸と一致する軸を有する環状経路にあり、第1の運動方向が、該環状経路に沿ったどの点においても該環状経路に対して接線方向となる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が容積型装置である、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記装置がアキシャルピストン装置である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記アキシャルピストン装置であって、該装置は、軸の周りを回転可能に構成されているシリンダブロックと、該シリンダブロック内に形成され、前記軸を取り囲む複数のシリンダボアと、該シリンダボア内で往復運動可能に配置された複数のピストンと、該ピストンが該シリンダボア内で往復運動する際に、流体を該シリンダボア内に取り込む吸入口と、流体を該シリンダボアから排出する排出口を有するバルブプレートとを備え、前記シリンダブロックと前記バルブプレートは、該装置の第1および第2のアキシャルすべり軸受表面を形成する合わせ面を有し、前記流体は、前記シリンダブロックと前記バルブプレートの前記合わせ面を分ける流体膜を提供して、前記静圧アキシャルすべり軸受を形成する、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記アキシャルピストン装置であって、該装置は、シリンダブロックと、該シリンダブロック内に形成された複数のシリンダボアと、該シリンダボア内に配置され、該シリンダボアから突出する端部を有する複数のピストンと、該ピストンに対して傾斜した斜板と、該装置の該第1と第2のアキシャルすべり軸受表面を形成する該ピストンと該斜板の間の合わせ面とを備え、前記流体膜が前記合わせ面を分けて、1つ以上の静圧アキシャルすべり軸受を形成する、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記合わせ面が平面である、請求項15に記載の装置。
- 前記合わせ面が球面である、請求項15に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも2つのアキシャルすべり軸受表面を有する装置の動力損失を低減させる方法であって、
前記2つのアキシャルすべり軸受は、それらの間に接触面を画定するように対向しており、該装置が、該接触面を維持しながら稼動している間に、摺動自在に相対運動可能に構成されており、かつ、該接触面内にある流体膜によって分けられており、該接触面において軸受機能とシール機能を有する少なくとも1つの静圧アキシャルすべり軸受を形成しており、
前記装置は、
該アキシャルすべり軸受表面を形成する第1の構成要素と、および、
該アキシャルすべり軸受表面を形成する第2の構成用要素と、
第1および第2のアキシャルすべり軸受表面の少なくとも1つに、第1および第2の構成要素の接触面内で、前記流体膜を形成する流体流れを通じさせる、少なくとも1つの流体開口部と、
を有し、
第1および第2のアキシャル軸受表面は、前記静水圧アキシャルすべり軸受のために、前記接触面において、軸受表面およびシール表面として機能し、
第1および第2のアキシャルすべり軸受表面が、第1の運動方向において、それらの間に前記接触面を維持しつつ、その位置において前記軸受機能およびシール機能を維持しながら、摺動自在に相対運動可能に構成されており、
該方法は、少なくとも第2のアキシャル軸受表面に、該第1の運動方向において振動波形を有する表面形状を形成させ、該振動波形は、前記第1および第2のアキシャルすべり軸受が、該第1の運動方向に摺動自在に相対運動している間に、前記流体膜から前記接触面内への流体漏れを制限するシール機能を提供することを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記振動波形を、正弦波、三角波、または、のこぎり波に形成する、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記振動波形の最大振幅を100μm未満とする、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記振動波形の最大振幅を少なくとも0.1μmとする、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のアキシャルすべり軸受表面を、振動波形を有しない平面の表面形状に形成する、請求項18に記載の方法。
