Description
Claims (11)
- 汚染物質を廃棄物流から除去するための方法であって、次のステップ、
2つの近接された電極を廃棄物流中に浸漬することであり、廃棄物流には、水成分、揮発性汚染物質および固相汚染物質が含まれ、電極はそれらの間に延在する相互作用ゾーンに隣接すること、
パルス電気信号を少なくとも1種の電極に与え、それにより酸水素豊富ガスを水成分から生成させることであり、酸水素豊富ガスは相互作用ゾーンにおいて廃棄物流の表面にまで上昇するマイクロ泡を形成すること、
揮発性汚染物質および固相汚染物質を、マイクロ泡が廃棄物流を通って上昇するとき少なくとも若干のマイクロ泡と接触させること、
少なくとも一部分の揮発性汚染物質を廃棄物流からストリップすること、および揮発性汚染物質のその部分をマイクロ泡に移すこと、
揮発性汚染物質のそのストリップされた部分、および一部分の固相汚染物質を廃棄物流の表面に輸送すること、
酸水素豊富ガスおよび揮発性汚染物質の混合物を廃棄物流上で捕捉すること、および酸水素豊富ガスおよび揮発性汚染物質の混合物をさらなる処理のために二次プロセスに輸送すること、二次プロセスには揮発性汚染物質および酸水素豊富ガスの混合物の燃焼が含まれること、および
固相汚染物質を浮動層として収集すること
を含む、方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、二次プロセスには揮発性汚染物質の分離が含まれる、方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、さらに、浮動層を廃棄物流の表面から除去するステップが含まれる、方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、固相汚染物質は、安定化またはさらなる処理が必要ない不活性固体を含む点でバイオソリッドとは異なる、方法。
- 請求項4に記載の方法において、さらに、収集された固相汚染物質をさらなる処理なしに直接埋立地に処分するステップを具える、方法。
- 汚染物質を廃棄物流から除去するためのシステムであり、廃棄物流には水成分および揮発性汚染物質が含まれ、システムは、次の、
廃棄物流中に浸漬される2つの近接された電極であり、電極がそれらの間に延在する相互作用ゾーンを規定し、
相互作用ゾーンにおいて廃棄物流の表面にまで上昇するマイクロ泡を形成する酸水素豊富ガスが水成分から生成されるように、パルス電気信号を少なくとも1種の電極に対して与えるための電源、
上昇するマイクロ泡を含ませるための反応容器、
廃棄物流上で、酸水素豊富ガスおよび廃棄物流の揮発性汚染物質の混合物が捕捉されるようなガス閉じ込め蓋であり、混合物は、マイクロ泡が揮発性汚染物質の一部分と接触し、その部分を廃棄物流の表面に輸送するマイクロ泡のものによって形成され、および
混合物をさらなる処理用の手段に輸送するための手段であり、さらなる処理用の手段には揮発性汚染物質および酸水素豊富ガスの混合物を燃焼するための手段が含まれるもの
を具える、システム。 - 請求項6に記載のシステムにおいて、さらに、廃棄物流の固相汚染物質を廃棄物流の表面から収集するための手段を具え、固相汚染物質は反応容器において廃棄物流の表面にまで若干の泡により輸送されている、システム。
- 請求項6または7に記載のシステムにおいて、さらなる処理用の手段には揮発性汚染物質の分離用手段が含まれる、システム。
- 請求項6または7に記載のシステムにおいて、廃棄物流はさらに固相汚染物質を含み、システムにはさらに、固相汚染物質を浮動層として廃棄物流の表面から除去するための手段が含まれる、システム。
- 請求項6または7に記載のシステムにおいて、固相汚染物質は、安定化またはさらなる処理が必要ない不活性固体を含む点でバイオソリッドとは異なる、システム。
- 請求項10に記載のシステムにおいて、収集された固相汚染物質をさらなる処理なしに直接埋立地に処分するための手段が含まれる、システム。
