Description
本発明の一実施形態に係るコンクリートは、セメント、水、骨材及び混和材料等を混練してなり、その概要は、本発明者らの先願(特願2008−81739号)に係る廃瓦を利用したものと同様である。このコンクリートは、混練時の水セメント比を例えば15〜40%くらいにすることで、材齢28日の圧縮強度が60N/mm2以上になる高強度コンクリートである。
次に、前記多孔質骨材の製造方法について説明すると、図1の流れ図に模式的に示すように、まず、原料となる粘土を採取し(ステップS1)、それを暫く寝かせた後に(ステップS2:養生)水と共に処理タンクに投入して攪拌し(ステップS3)、不純物を除去した後に(ステップS4)フィルターに濾して処理タンクから押し出し(ステップS5:フィルタープレス)、骨材の材料となる粘土塊を得る(ステップS6)。
次に、実際に行った試験の結果について、より具体的に説明する。供試体は、強度や吸水率、細孔径等の特性が石州瓦の廃瓦を破砕したものと概ね同じになるように、A,B二社製の瓦用粘土を用いて製造した多孔質骨材a,bであり、その吸水率は5%以上、細孔径分布は0.1〜10μmが95%以上、破砕値は25%以下となることを目標とした。
尚、本発明に係る多孔質骨材は、前記実施形態のものに限定されず、例えば瓦用粘土以外にも陶器や磁器のための粘土を用いることができ、1200℃くらいまでの高温焼成に耐えるものであればよい。
Claims (4)
- 多孔質な人工骨材の製造方法であって、
瓦用の粘土を真空土練機で練り上げる工程と、
練り上げた前記粘土を直方体状に切断する1次成型工程と、
前記粘土を、球状に成型加工する2次成型工程と、
球状化した前記粘土を、焼成する焼成工程と、
を有し、
前記1次成型工程の前後少なくとも一方に、前記粘土の含水量を調整する含水量調整工程が設けられている、人工骨材の製造方法。 - 請求項1の人工骨材の製造方法において、
前記含水量調整工程において、前記粘土の含水量が、20±5%の範囲に調整される人工骨材の製造方法。 - 請求項2の人工骨材の製造方法において、
前記焼成工程の焼成温度が、950〜1150℃の範囲に設定されている人工骨材の製造方法。 - セメント、水、及び、請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1つの製造方法で製造された人工骨材を少なくとも含み、これらを混練してなるコンクリートの製造方法であって、
前記コンクリートの硬化の過程において、当該コンクリートに前記人工骨材から水が供給されるように、予め前記人工骨材の細孔に水を含ませる工程を含む、コンクリートの製造方法。
