Description
Claims (7)
- ガス・タービン・システムに対する流体被冷却改質器(22)であって、
圧力容器(24)と、
前記圧力容器(24)内に配置された反応器アセンブリ(26)であって、発熱反応器(46)と前記発熱反応器(46)を囲む反応器ライナ(48)とを備え、酸素/燃料混合物を受け取って改質し、加熱改質油ストリームを生成するように構成された反応器アセンブリ(26)と、
流体ストリームを前記圧力容器(24)内に送るように構成された入口(30)であって、前記流体ストリームの少なくとも一部が前記反応器ライナの周りに送られて、外部との熱交換により前記反応器アセンブリ(26)を冷却する、入口(30)と、
前記発熱反応器(46)の下流に配置された改質油冷却部(32)であって、前記反応器アセンブリ(26)によって生成される前記加熱改質油ストリームを前記流体ストリームの前記少なくとも一部を用いて冷却するように構成された改質油冷却部(32)と、
を備え、
前記反応器アセンブリ(26)を冷却する前記流体ストリームの少なくとも一部が、前記発熱反応器(46)の下流の前記加熱改質油ストリームと混合される、
流体被冷却改質器(22)。 - 前記流体ストリームには、バルク燃料ストリーム、蒸気ストリーム、または希釈剤ストリームが含まれる、請求項1に記載の流体被冷却改質器(22)。
- 前記発熱反応器(46)の上流に配置された混合部(28)であって、酸素含有ガスを燃料と混合して前記酸素/燃料混合物を形成するように構成された混合部(28)を備える、請求項1に記載の流体被冷却改質器(22)。
- 少なくとも部分的に前記反応器ライナ(48)を囲む衝突スリーブ(58)であって、前記流体ストリームの前記少なくとも一部を前記反応器ライナ(48)の回りに分配するように構成された衝突スリーブ(58)を備える、請求項1に記載の流体被冷却改質器(22)。
- 前記発熱反応器(46)は触媒部分酸化反応器である、請求項1に記載の流体被冷却改質器(22)。
- 前記反応器アセンブリ(26)は、前記圧力容器(24)の前方端部(34)から離間に配置されて、前記反応器アセンブリ(24)と前記前方端部(34)との間に空洞(66)を画定し、前記反応器ライナの周りに送られた流体ストリームの一部が分流されて前記空洞(66)内に入る、請求項1に記載の流体被冷却改質器(22)。
- 前記改質油冷却部(32)は、前記加熱改質油ストリームを前記流体ストリームの前記少なくとも一部と混合するように構成された少なくとも1つの混合要素(94)を備える、請求項1に記載の流体被冷却改質器(22)。
