Claims (8)
- 剪断式粉砕破砕装置に用いられる刃物であって、
刃先の外周面の両側縁に、刃物の周方向へ所定の間隔を空けて配列された凸状の硬化層であるビードを備え、
前記ビードは、耐摩耗粒子の炭化物が金属素地に析出・混入したサーメット系合金材料で構成されている
ことを特徴とする刃物。 - 前記ビードは、刃物の回転方向に直交するように配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の刃物。 - 前記刃先の外周面の両側縁で相対するビードの長さの合計は、刃物の厚みの1/2以下である
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の刃物。 - 前記刃先の外周面の両側縁で相対するビードは、刃物の厚み方向の外側で高くなり中心方向へ向かうにつれて低くなるように形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の刃物。 - 前記ビードが配列される間隔は、0.5mm〜10mmの範囲である
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の刃物。 - 剪断式粉砕破砕装置に用いられる刃物の製造方法であって、
刃先の外周面の両側縁に、刃物の周方向へ凸状の硬化層であるビードを所定の間隔を空けて配列する
ことを特徴とする刃物の製造方法。 - 前記ビードの配列後に、刃先に熱処理及び表面処理を施す
ことを特徴とする請求項6記載の刃物の製造方法。 - 前記ビードの配列前に、前記ビードが配列される箇所にMo、VおよびCrを少量含有する肉盛材を中間肉盛層として形成する
ことを特徴とする請求項6又は7記載の刃物の製造方法。
