- 化学組成が重量比で、
Vが40.0〜60.0%、
Coが4.0〜10.0%、
Crが5.0〜15.0%、
Cが8.0〜13.0%、
Wが1.0〜3.0%、
SiとMnの合計が1.0〜3.0%、
その他不可避の不純物が0.5%以下、
残部がFeである
ことを特徴とする耐摩耗性に優れた溶接材料。 - 化学組成が重量比で、
Vが40.0〜60.0%、
Coが4.0〜10.0%、
Crが5.0〜15.0%、
Cが8.0〜13.0%、
W、MoおよびNbのうち、これらの1種類以上の合計が1.0〜5.0%、
SiとMnの合計が1.0〜3.0%、
その他不可避の不純物が0.5%以下、
残部がFeである
ことを特徴とする耐摩耗性に優れた溶接材料。 - 化学組成が重量比で、
Vが40.0〜60.0%、
Coが4.0〜10.0%、
Crが5.0〜15.0%、
Cが8.0〜13.0%、
W、MoおよびNbのうち、これらの1種類以上の合計が1.0〜5.0%、
SiとMnの合計が1.0〜3.0%、
その他不可避の不純物が0.5%以下、
残部がFeである溶接材料を、
1パスあたりの溶接ビード形状が、断面サイズで厚み3mm以下および幅15mm以下となるよう溶接入熱を調整して被肉盛用基材に施工する
ことを特徴とする耐摩耗性に優れた溶接材料の施工方法。
