Description
上基板12は、指やペン等で押圧される側の基板であり、対向面(下面)にITOフィルム(図示せず)を有するPET基材が好適に用いられる。PET基材の厚みは、用途により異なるものであるが、例えば150μm〜200μmである。基材は、PET基材に限られず、可撓性を有するものであれば他の樹脂材料からなる基材を適用することも可能である。例えば、ポリエーテルサルフォン(PES)、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK)、ポリカーボネイト(PC)、ポリプロピレン(PP)、ポリアミド(PA)等を適用することもできる。図示しないITOフィルムは、下基板11のITOフィルム15と同様のものが用いられる。

Claims (1)
- 額縁部分の内側に入力操作エリアとしてのギャップが形成されるように、対向配置されて貼り合わされている上下一対の基板を備え、前記入力操作エリア内の前記一対の基板の任意の接触点を2次元座標として検出することができるタッチパネルにおいて、
前記一対の基板のそれぞれは、粒子の最大直径が1〜100nmの金、銀、白金、イリジウム、ロジウム、銅、ニッケル、アルミニウムあるいはカーボンのいずれかからなる導電性ナノ粒子と、最大直径が1〜10μmのフレーク状の導電性粒子と、バインダとしての樹脂材料と、のみから構成されており、スクリーン印刷法、グラビア印刷法、パッド印刷法又はインクジェット印刷法により形成されている低抵抗配線材料で形成される、対向面上で互いに他方の基板と直交する対向辺に配置される一対の額縁電極をそれぞれ有することを特徴とするタッチパネル。
