Claims (8)
- 体外血液処理装置を用いた体外血液処理用の血管アクセスを形成するための装置において、
近位端部(1A)及び遠位端部(1B)を有する導電性穿刺針(1)と、該導電性穿刺針(1)の遠位端部が挿入された非導電性素材の基体(2)とを備え、
前記基体(2)は、該基体を介して前記導電性穿刺針と電気的に絶縁された導電性コンタクトエレメント(7)を備え、且つ第1の測定ラインを前記穿刺針(1)に接続するための第1の接続部(8)と、第2の測定ラインを前記コンタクトエレメント(7)に接続するための第2の接続部(9)とを備えている、
ことを特徴とする血管アクセスを形成するための装置。 - 請求項1記載の血管アクセスを形成するための装置であって、
前記基体(2)は、前記穿刺針(1)の遠位端部(1B)が挿入される中間保持部(3)と、該中間保持部の両側から突出する二つの翼部(4,5)とを備えた、
ことを特徴とする血管アクセスを形成するための装置。 - 請求項2記載の血管アクセスを形成するための装置であって、
前記二つの翼部(4,5)は、前記コンタクトエレメント(7)を備えている、
ことを特徴とする血管アクセスを形成するための装置。 - 請求項3記載の血管アクセスを形成するための装置であって、
前記コンタクトエレメント(7)は、患者に取り付けられる前記二つの翼部(4,5)の下面に設けられている、
ことを特徴とする血管アクセスを形成するための装置。 - 請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の血管アクセスを形成するための装置を備え体外血液処理を行う場合の血管アクセスを監視するための装置であって、
前記血管アクセスを形成するための装置に第1及び第2の測定ライン(41,42)によって接続され前記穿刺針(1)と前記コンタクトエレメント(7)との間のインピーダンスを測定するための監視ユニット(39)を備え、
前記監視ユニットは、インピーダンスの変化が特定の範囲内の場合に不適切な血管アクセスであると推定する、
ことを特徴とする血管アクセスを監視するための装置。 - 請求項5記載の血管アクセスを監視するための装置であって、
前記監視ユニット(39)は、測定されたインピーダンスと特定の閾値とを比較する比較ユニット(43)を備え、前記閾値を下回る場合に不適切な血管アクセスであると推定する、
ことを特徴とする血管アクセスを監視するための装置。 - 請求項5又は6記載の血管アクセスを監視するための装置であって、
前記監視ユニット(39)は、測定されたインピーダンスと特定の下閾値及び上閾値とを比較する比較ユニット(43)を備え、測定値が前記下閾値を下回るか或いは前記上閾値を上回る場合に不適切な血管アクセスであると推定する、
ことを特徴とする血管アクセスを監視するための装置。 - 請求項5〜7の何れかに記載の血管アクセスを監視するための装置を備えた体外血液処理装置。
