一种具有阻抗检测功能的静脉刺穿针,本发明涉及静脉刺穿针,本发明的目的是设计一种具有穿刺检测功能的静脉穿刺针,以解决静脉穿刺机器人在静脉穿刺时无法判断穿刺针是否进入血管的问题,它包括连接器,它还包括针头、中空针管、电极一和电极二,针头和中空针管均安装在连接器上,针头与电极二连接,中空针管与电极一连接。本发明属于医疗器械领域。

一种具有阻抗检测功能的静脉刺穿针
技术领域
本发明涉及静脉刺穿针,具体涉及一种具有阻抗检测功能的静脉刺穿针,属于医疗器械领域。
背景技术
静脉穿刺是通过刺破静脉注射药液或者获取血液样本的过程,是一种常见的医疗手段,目前主要依靠医护人员手工操作完成。通常医护人员需要通过肉眼和触诊的方法找到适合静脉穿刺的静脉血管,并依据经验判断穿刺针是否进入血管,这种方法的成功率主要依赖于医护人员的工作经验和病人的身体特征。尽管医护人员会进行专门的培训和大量的尝试,但是由于不同病人身体特征不同,如肤色较黑、体脂较高、静脉较深、覆盖伤症、纹身及毛发的病人,医护人员无法通过肉眼判断静脉血管的深度,会造成无法判断穿刺针是否进入静脉血管以及穿刺针穿透整个血管的问题,导致静脉穿刺失败。静脉穿刺失败不仅会给病人造成身体和精神上的压力,还会由于针头引入不当导致并发症,如疼痛增加、内出血、血管损伤或药液泄漏到血管外组织等。
发明内容
本发明的目的是设计一种具有穿刺检测功能的静脉穿刺针,以解决静脉穿刺机器人在静脉穿刺时无法判断穿刺针是否进入血管的问题,进而提供一种具有阻抗检测功能的静脉刺穿针。
本发明为解决上述问题而采用的技术方案是:
它包括连接器,它还包括针头、中空针管、电极一和电极二,针头和中空针管均安装在连接器上,针头与电极二连接,中空针管与电极一连接。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、静脉穿刺机器人安装该静脉穿刺针,能够判断穿刺针是否到达目标位置,及时发出停止指令,提高静脉穿刺成功率。
2、为了提高实用性,本发明通过电阻抗的突变信息为静脉穿刺机器人提供判断基础,信号简洁,不易被干扰。
3、本发明为一次性医疗器械消耗品,通过电极与静脉刺穿机器人连接,更换方便,避免病人之间交叉感染。
4、本申请降低刺穿静脉血管的风险,提升静脉穿刺成功率,减轻病人痛苦。

具体实施方式
具体实施方式一:结合图1-图3说明本实施方式,本实施方式所述一种具有阻抗检测功能的静脉刺穿针,它包括连接器2,它还包括针头1、中空针管3、电极一4和电极二5,针头1和中空针管3均安装在连接器2上,针头1与电极二5连接,中空针管3与电极一4连接。
工作时针头1和中空针管3内无血液时,针头1上的电极二5和中空针管3上的电极一4断路,针头1和中空针管3内有血液时,针头1上的电极二5和中空针管3上的电极一4,检测血液中的电阻抗。
具体实施方式二:结合图1-图3说明本实施方式,本实施方式所述一种具有阻抗检测功能的静脉刺穿针,针头1与中空针管3相对设置,针头1的中心线与中空针管3的中心线重合设置。其它与具体实施方式一相同。
具体实施方式三:结合图1-图3说明本实施方式,本实施方式所述一种具有阻抗检测功能的静脉刺穿针,针头1和中空针管3安装在连接器2上,且针头1和中空针管3通过连接器2连通设置。针头1、中空针管3和连接器2形成中空的血液通路,其它与具体实施方式一相同。
具体实施方式四:结合图1-图3说明本实施方式,本实施方式所述一种具有阻抗检测功能的静脉刺穿针,针头1为金属导电材料制成的针头,中空针管3为金属导电材料制成的中空针管。其它与具体实施方式一相同。
具体实施方式五:结合图1-图3说明本实施方式,本实施方式所述一种具有阻抗检测功能的静脉刺穿针,连接器2为绝缘材料制成的连接器。其它与具体实施方式一相同。
工作原理
本发明设计的具有穿刺检测功能的静脉穿刺针:该穿刺针利用血液具有一定压力以及可以导电的特点,当针头进入静脉血管后,血液会在血压的作用下快速流出,使得针头和针管通过血液连接,电路导通,可以检测到电阻抗的突变,检测电阻抗的变化时,可以判断穿刺针到达目标位置,停止进针。本发明工作时将静脉刺穿针安装在机器人上,将电极一4和电极二5分别与机器人末端执行器的刺穿针安装座上的两个电极连接,通过测得针头1和中空针管3内有血液时,针头1上的电极二5和中空针管3上的电极一4导通,电极二5和电极一4之间的阻抗由无限大突变为较小的值,检测到这一变化之后,判断针头已经进入血管,机器人控制系统发出停止刺穿指令,完成刺穿任务。

1.一种具有阻抗检测功能的静脉刺穿针,它包括连接器(2),其特征在于:它还包括针头(1)、中空针管(3)、电极一(4)和电极二(5),针头(1)和中空针管(3)均安装在连接器(2)上,针头(1)与电极二(5)连接,中空针管(3)与电极一(4)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种具有阻抗检测功能的静脉刺穿针,其特征在于:针头(1)与中空针管(3)相对设置,针头(1)的中心线与中空针管(3)的中心线重合设置。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种具有阻抗检测功能的静脉刺穿针,其特征在于:针头(1)和中空针管(3)安装在连接器(2)上,且针头(1)和中空针管(3)通过连接器(2)连通设置。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种具有阻抗检测功能的静脉刺穿针,其特征在于:针头(1)为金属导电材料制成的针头,中空针管(3)为金属导电材料制成的中空针管。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种具有阻抗检测功能的静脉刺穿针,其特征在于:连接器(2)为绝缘材料制成的连接器。
