Claims (15)

前記第一運搬装置は、第一巻線方向の突出する螺旋状巻線を備えるシャフトを含む第一無限ねじと、スリーブとを含み、前記第一無限ねじは、前記スリーブの内側に配置され、且つ、回転するよう構成され、前記スリーブは、その内面上に前記第一巻線方向と反対の第二巻線方向の突出する螺旋状巻線を含む少なくとも1つの対向ねじを含み、
前記第二運搬装置は、第二無限ねじを含み、該第二無限ねじの軸は、前記第一運搬装置の前記第一無限ねじの前記シャフトに対して垂直であり、前記第二無限ねじは、螺旋の螺旋状巻線を含み、前記螺旋の少なくとも1つは、前記第一運搬装置によって圧縮され且つ前記第一無限ねじの放出端部に配置される固形物によって形成されるプラグを研磨可能であり、
前記第一無限ねじの前記放出端部は、圧縮される均一な固形物のプラグの創成を促進するよう、前記第一無限ねじの前記シャフトの周りに前記突出する螺旋状巻線を備えない、
システム。 - 前記スリーブは、複数の対向ねじを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第一運搬装置の前記第一無限ねじのピッチは一定である、請求項1又は2に記載のシステム。
- 各対向ねじは、一定のピッチを有する、請求項1乃至3のうちのいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 各対向ねじは、少なくとも前記第一無限ねじの前記ピッチの5倍と等しいピッチを有する、請求項1乃至4のうちいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 少なくとも1つの対向ねじの前記螺旋状巻線の螺旋の方向は、前記第一無限ねじの前記螺旋状巻線の前記螺旋の方向と約90°の角度をなす、請求項1乃至5のうちのいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記放出手段に接続される第二加圧タンクを含む、請求項1乃至6のうちのいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記第二運搬装置の前記第二無限ねじは、スリーブを含み、前記第二無限ねじは、前記スリーブ内で回転し得る、請求項1乃至7のうちいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記第二運搬装置の前記スリーブは、その内表面上に前記第二無限ねじの巻線方向と反対の巻線方向の突出する螺旋状巻線を含む少なくとも1つの対向ねじを含む、請求項7又は8に記載のシステム。
- 前記第二運搬装置の前記スリーブは、前記導入手段と反対の前記第一無限ねじの端部で、前記第一運搬装置の前記スリーブで密閉して封止される、請求項8又は9に記載のシステム。
- 複数の第二運搬装置を含む、請求項8又は9に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の第二運搬装置の各々は、運搬方向において先行する運搬装置を用いて直角に漏れ止め状に封止される、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 請求項1乃至12のうちのいずれか1項に記載のシステムによって、固形物を第一給送タンクから第二反応タンクに運搬するためのプロセスであって、前記第一運搬装置によって圧縮される前記固形物のプラグの形成と、前記第二反応タンクへの前記固形物の輸送とを含む、プロセス。
- 前記固形物の前記プラグの幾つかの形成と、前記運搬装置による研磨とを含む、請求項13に記載のプロセス。
- 前記第二反応タンクは、前記第一給送タンクよりも高い圧力にある、請求項13又は14に記載のプロセス。
