Description
下記表1では、図4に示す転造機3内で亜鉛棒Sを転造する際の亜鉛棒Sの温度条件を変更した比較結果が示されている。即ち、実施例1〜4の各データでは、本発明の製造方法に従って、転造機3内で転造する際に亜鉛棒Sの温度を70〜180℃に設定して転造を行ったのに対し、比較例1、2の各データでは、亜鉛棒Sの温度を70℃未満又は180℃超に設定して転造を行い、亜鉛ボールBを製造した。亜鉛棒Sの温度は、転造機3の入側に設けた温度センサ75で測定し、冷却装置71としてのホースから亜鉛棒Sに冷却水を噴射することによって温度調整を行った。
下記表2では、図4に示す転造機3内で転造する際の転造機3内の温度条件を変更した比較結果が示されている。即ち、実施例5〜7の各データでは、本発明の製造方法に従って、転造機3内の温度を70〜90℃に設定して転造を行ったのに対し、比較例3、4の各データでは、転造機3内の温度を70℃未満又は90℃超に設定して転造を行い、亜鉛ボールBを製造した。転造機3内の温度は、転造機3のケーシング60内に設けた温度センサ77で測定し、冷却装置76としてのホースから転造機3内に冷却水を噴射することによってケーシング60内の温度調整を行った。

Claims (2)
- 亜鉛棒を転造することにより先端から所定間隔で切断し、亜鉛ボールを製造する方法であって、
転造する際に亜鉛棒の温度を70℃以上、180℃以下に設定することを特徴とする、亜鉛ボールの製造方法。 - 転造機内の温度を70℃以上、90℃以下に設定することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の亜鉛ボールの製造方法。
