Claims (4)
- インクジェット印刷装置に用いられる画像形成材料を認証する方法であって、
画像形成材料に少なくとも1つの蛍光タグを付け、ここで前記画像形成材料はドラム保守流体であり、該ドラム保守流体は、ドラム保守ローラ、計量ブレード、ドラム表面、転写定着ローラ、及び転写定着システムを通過する印刷媒体からなる群から選ばれる、転写定着システム内の場所から得られ、
前記蛍光タグが付けられたドラム保守流体からの蛍光発光を刺激するためのエネルギー源を生成し、
前記蛍光タグが付けられたドラム保守流体からの前記蛍光発光を刺激し、
所定の波長において前記蛍光タグが付けられたドラム保守流体からの前記蛍光発光を測定し、
試験ドラム保守流体からの前記測定された蛍光発光が、前記所定の波長における前記蛍光タグが付けられたドラム保守流体からの所定の蛍光発光に合致するとき、試験ドラム保守流体を真正と識別する、
ことを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記蛍光タグは、フルオレセイン、ローダミン、ローザニリン、ウランユウロピウム、ウランで増感されたユウロピウム、及びそれらの混合物から成る群から選択される染料を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記蛍光タグは、ポリ(メチルフェニルシロキサン)、1,4−ビス(4−メチル−5−フェニルオキサゾール−2−イル)ベンゼン、1,4−ビス(5−フェニルオキサゾール−2−イル)ベンゼン、2,5−ジフェニルオキサゾール、1,4−ビス(2−メチルスチリル)ベンゼン、トランス−4,4’−ジフェニルスチルベン、9,10−ジフェニルアントラセン、及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される有機化合物を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記所定の波長において前記蛍光タグが付けられたドラム保守流体からの前記蛍光発光を測定する前に、刺激された該蛍光タグが付けられたドラム保守流体からの該蛍光発光をフィルタにかけて、背景の蛍光又は干渉を除去することをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
