Claims (12)
- 加熱されるべき水を受容し、第一金属を含む第一部分を含む本体と、
第二金属を含む第二部分を含む加熱装置とを含み、
該加熱装置は、前記第一部分と前記第二部分との間に金属間層を形成することによって前記本体と接続される加熱プレートを含み、
前記本体内部の圧力を表示する温度を測定するための温度センサが、前記本体の外部で前記加熱装置と熱接触して配置され、
前記加熱装置は、前記水の温度を制御するための制御手段を含み、
前記制御手段は、第一時間周期のための目標水温を第一設定温度に設定し、第二時間周期のための目標温度を前記第一設定温度よりも高い第二設定温度に設定し、第三時間周期のための目標温度を前記第一設定温度よりも高く前記第二設定温度よりも低い第三設定温度に設定するよう構成される、
蒸気生成装置。 - 前記第一金属は、ステンレス鋼である、請求項1に記載の蒸気生成装置。
- 前記第二金属は、アルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金である、請求項1に記載の蒸気生成装置。
- 前記金属間層は、はんだ付け及び/又はろう接及び/又は溶接によって形成される、請求項1に記載の蒸気生成装置。
- 前記加熱プレートは、加熱素子を含む、請求項1に記載の蒸気生成装置。
- 蒸気生成装置の内部の蒸気圧を制御する方法であって、
前記蒸気生成装置は、
加熱されるべき水を受容し、第一金属を含む第一部分を含む本体と、
第二金属を含む第二部分を含む加熱装置とを含み、
前記本体は、前記第一部分と前記第二部分との間に金属間層を形成することによって前記加熱装置の加熱プレートと接続され、
前記本体内部の圧力を表示する温度を測定するための温度センサを含み、該温度センサは、前記本体の外部で前記加熱装置に熱接触して配置され、
当該方法は、
第一時間周期のための目標水温を第一設定温度に設定するステップと、
第二時間周期のための目標温度を前記第一設定温度よりも高い第二設定温度に設定するステップと、
第三時間周期のための目標温度を前記第一設定温度よりも高く前記第二設定温度よりも低い第三設定温度に設定するステップとを含む、
方法。 - 前記第二時間周期の開始及び/又は前記第二時間周期の期間及び/又は前記第二設定温度は、
− 事前設定、
− 前記蒸気生成装置の蒸気出力の関数、
− 前記蒸気生成装置の水入力の関数、
のうちの少なくとも1つである、
請求項6に記載の蒸気生成装置の内部の蒸気圧を制御する方法。 - 前記第二時間周期の期間は、前記蒸気出力の期間又は前記水入力の期間と等しい、請求項6に記載の蒸気生成装置の内部の蒸気圧を制御する方法。
- 前記第二時間周期は、
− 前記蒸気出力の期間、
− 前記水入力の期間
のうちの少なくとも1つの関数である時間周期によって延長される、
請求項6に記載の蒸気生成装置の内部の蒸気圧を制御する方法。 - 前記第二温度で前記水温を制御するステップは、
− 現在水温が前記第二温度よりも低い場合、
− 蒸気出力が要求される場合、
− 水入力が遂行される場合、
のうちの少なくとも1つの場合に、前記加熱装置を活性化するステップを含む、
請求項6に記載の蒸気生成装置の内部の蒸気圧を制御する方法。 - 前記第二温度で前記水温を制御するステップは、もし現在水温が最大温度よりも高いならば、前記加熱装置を非活性化するステップを含む、請求項6に記載の蒸気生成装置の内部の蒸気圧を制御する方法。
- 前記第二温度で前記水温を制御するステップは、
− 前記蒸気出力の期間、
− 前記水入力の期間、
のうちの少なくとも1つの関数である時間周期後に前記加熱装置を非活性化するステップを含む、
請求項6に記載の蒸気生成装置の内部の蒸気圧を制御する方法。
