Claims (18)
- 金属酸化物および金属リン酸塩のうち少なくとも一つを含んだ基礎支持構造体と、
前記支持構造体と係合する触媒粒子と、
前記支持構造体と係合するとともに前記触媒粒子を取り囲んだ導電性耐食性中間層と、
を備えた燃料電池触媒。 - 前記支持構造体が、チタン、ジルコニウム、タングステン、タンタル、ニオブ、イットリウム、モリブデン、インジウム、スズのうち少なくとも一つの酸化物と、それらに対応するリン酸塩と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料電池触媒。
- 前記触媒粒子が、少なくとも一つの貴金属を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料電池触媒。
- 前記貴金属が、白金、パラジウム、金、ルテニウム、ロジウム、イリジウム、オスミウムのうち少なくとも一つ、もしくはそれらの合金を含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の燃料電池触媒。
- 前記触媒粒子が、少なくとも一つの遷移金属を含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の燃料電池触媒。
- 前記遷移金属が、コバルト、ニッケル、鉄、銅、マンガン、バナジウム、チタン、ジルコニウム、およびクロムのうち少なくとも一つを含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の燃料電池触媒。
- 前記導電性耐食性中間層が、ホウ素ドープダイヤモンド、黒鉛化炭素、ダイヤモンド状炭素、カーバイド、導電性高分子のうち少なくとも一つ、および、それらの2つ以上の混合物を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料電池触媒。
- a)金属酸化物および金属リン酸塩のうち少なくとも一つを含む支持構造体を提供し、
b)前記支持構造体上に触媒粒子を該支持構造体と係合するように堆積させ、
c)前記支持構造体上に導電性耐食性中間層を、該支持構造体と係合し、かつ、前記触媒粒子を取り囲むように堆積させるステップを備えた燃料電池触媒の製造方法。 - 前記ステップc)が、前記ステップb)の後に行われることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の製造方法。
- 前記ステップc)が、前記ステップb)の前に行われるとともに、前記ステップc)が、前記導電性耐食性中間層内に、前記支持構造体の表面を露出させる空隙を設けるステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の製造方法。
- d)前記支持構造体上に中間材料を堆積させるステップを備え、前記ステップd)が、前記ステップc)の前に行われることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の製造方法。
- 前記空隙を設けるように前記中間材料を化学的に溶解させるステップを備え、前記触媒粒子が前記空隙内に堆積されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の製造方法。
- 前記導電性耐食性中間層が、ホウ素ドープダイヤモンド、黒鉛化炭素、ダイヤモンド状炭素、カーバイド、導電性高分子のうち少なくとも一つを含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の製造方法。
- 前記支持構造体が、チタン、ジルコニウム、タングステン、タンタル、ニオブ、イットリウム、モリブデン、インジウム、スズのうち少なくとも一つの酸化物と、それらに対応するリン酸塩と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の製造方法。
- 前記触媒粒子が、少なくとも一つの貴金属を含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の製造方法。
- 前記貴金属が、白金、パラジウム、金、ルテニウム、ロジウム、イリジウム、オスミウムのうち少なくとも一つ、もしくはそれらの合金を含むことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の製造方法。
- 前記触媒粒子が、少なくとも一つの遷移金属を含むことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の製造方法。
- 前記遷移金属が、コバルト、ニッケル、鉄、銅、マンガン、バナジウム、チタン、ジルコニウム、およびクロムのうち少なくとも一つを含むことを特徴とする請求項17に記載の製造方法。
