Claims (13)
- 負圧消費装置(12)のための負圧を発生しかつ供給する装置(10)であって、負圧源(16)と、吸込弁(22)と、前記負圧消費装置(12)および前記吸込弁(22)の間に配置されたチェックバルブ(28)と、その制御入口(42)が前記負圧源(16)の吸込ライン接続部(20)と接続されており、その出口が前記吸込弁(22)と前記チェックバルブ(28)の間に通じておりかつその入口(44)が周囲(46)に開放されている通気弁(30)とを備える装置。
- 前記通気弁(30)が第1の圧力室(36)と第2の圧力室(38)と第3の圧力室(40)とを備えたケーシング(34)を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記制御入口(42)が前記第1の圧力室(36)に開いていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の装置。
- 前記第2の圧力室(38)が前記周囲(46)と接続されていることを特徴とする請求項2または3記載の装置。
- 前記出口(50)が前記第3の圧力室(40)に開いていることを特徴とする請求項2から4までのいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の圧力室(36)が部分的に弾性のダイヤフラム(66)でできた壁を有することを特徴とする請求項2から5までのいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記ダイヤフラム(66)が押し子(64)のための駆動装置として作用することを特徴とする請求項6記載の装置。
- 前記押し子(64)が、前記第2の圧力室(38)を前記第3の圧力室(40)から分離する弁要素(68)を有することを特徴とする請求項7記載の装置。
- 前記第2の圧力室(38)と前記第3の圧力室(40)の間に前記弁要素(68)のための弁座(76)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項8記載の装置。
- 前記弁要素(68)は、前記弁座(76)方向に、ばね(72)を用いて、プレストレスがかけられていることを特徴とする請求項8または9記載の装置。
- 前記プレストレス力が前記第1の圧力室(36)内の圧力に対抗することを特徴とする請求項10記載の装置。
- 前記ケーシング(34)が2つの同一のカップ形のケーシング部材(32)から構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2から11までのいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記ケーシング部材(32)がそれらの開口部どうしで相互にフランジで接続されていることを特徴とする請求項12の装置。
