Description
i)リファレンス圧縮ガスタンク内の圧力、
ii)リファレンス圧縮ガスタンク内の温度、
iii)リファレンス圧縮ガスタンク内のガスの化学組成、および
iv)リファレンス圧縮ガスタンク内の含水量
の少なくとも一つを含む。
i)リファレンス圧縮ガスタンク内の圧力を測定する測定センサ、
ii)リファレンス圧縮ガスタンク内の温度を測定する測定センサ、
iii)リファレンス圧縮ガスタンク内のガス化学組成を測定する測定センサ、および
iv)リファレンス圧縮ガスタンク内の含水量を測定する測定センサ
の少なくとも一つが提供される。
Claims (10)
- 少なくとも1つの圧縮ガスタンク(8)に少なくとも1種のガスを充填するための方法であって、リファレンス圧縮ガスタンク(9)であって、その中でリファレンス圧縮ガスタンク(9)内の状態に関する少なくとも1つの測定変量の測定を行うことができるものを設け、前記圧縮ガスタンク(8)と前記リファレンス圧縮ガスタンク(9)とを少なくとも一時的に流体接続し、ここで、前記圧縮ガスタンク(8)および前記リファレンス圧縮ガスタンク(9)は、それぞれ、ガスの充填および排出が可能な一つの開口部を有し、充填に際し前記開口部を通して少なくとも1種のガスを少なくとも1つの圧縮ガスタンク(8)に、および少なくとも一時的にリファレンス圧縮ガスタンク(9)に充填し、該方法は、ランス(17)に配置される測定センサ(4)が前記開口部を通って前記リファレンス圧縮ガスタンク中に導入されており、前記測定センサによって充填プロセスの少なくとも一部において少なくとも一つの測定変量を測定することを特徴とする方法。
- 前記測定変量が以下の変量:
i)前記リファレンス圧縮ガスタンク(9)内の圧力、
ii)前記リファレンス圧縮ガスタンク(9)内の温度、
iii)前記リファレンス圧縮ガスタンク(9)内のガスの化学組成、および
iv)前記リファレンス圧縮ガスタンク(9)内の含水量
の少なくとも一つを含む請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記測定センサが静電容量型圧力測定センサである請求項1または2のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 充填プロセスを複数の工程で行う請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 充填プロセスを少なくとも一時的に測定変量に依存して行う請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 圧縮ガスタンク(8,9)の開口部に連結するための連結器(1)であって、前記連結器(1)を1の圧縮ガスタンク(8,9)に連結するための第1の連結部材(2)、前記連結器(1)をバルブヘッド(11)に連結するための第2の連結部材(2)を備え、少なくとも前記第1の連結部材(2)に流体接続することができる少なくとも一つの測定センサ(4,5)が設けられ、第1の連結部材(2)を通じて伸びるランス(17)が設けられ、かつ少なくとも一つの測定センサ(4)がランス(17)に配置されていることを特徴とする連結器(1)。
- 以下の測定センサ(4,5):
i)リファレンス圧縮ガスタンク(9)内の圧力を測定する測定センサ、
ii)リファレンス圧縮ガスタンク(9)内の温度を測定する測定センサ、
iii)リファレンス圧縮ガスタンク(9)内のガスの化学組成を測定する測定センサ、および
iv)リファレンス圧縮ガスタンク(9)内の含水量を測定する測定センサ
の少なくとも一つが設けられている請求項6に記載の連結器(1)。 - 静電容量型圧力測定センサが設けられている請求項7に記載の連結器(1)。
- 測定センサ(4)の少なくとも一つの信号を伝達する少なくとも一つの伝達手段(6)が設けられている請求項6〜8のいずれか一項に記載の連結器(1)。
- 請求項6〜9のいずれか一項に記載の連結器(1)およびバルブヘッド(11)を備える圧縮ガスボンベ装置。
