Claims (12)
- 硫化銅原材料の大気塩化物浸出処理において生成される鉄および硫黄を含み、基本的に銅を含まない浸出残留物または中間生成物から塩化銅(II)および塩化アルカリを含む水溶液を用いて金を回収する方法であって、
大気条件で、酸素含有ガスおよび前記水溶液に含まれる二価の銅によって、前記浸出残留物または中間生成物から金が浸出された後、前記浸出で溶解された金がそれ自体公知の方法で回収され、
前記浸出時において、前記水溶液の酸化還元電位がAg/AgCl電極に対して最高で650mVの値に調節され、アルカリ臭化物が前記水溶液に送られて前記水溶液中の臭素イオンの量が0.5〜30g/lとなり、前記水溶液のpHが0.5〜2.5の値に調節され、
前記浸出の段階において形成された不溶解沈殿物が、硫黄および鉄を含む廃棄物であることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記水溶液中の前記臭素イオンの量は8〜15 g/lであることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1または2に記載の方法において、前記アルカリ臭化物は臭化ナトリウムまたは臭化カリウムであることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記浸出の段階において形成された沈殿物がろ過され、ろ液および洗浄水が硫化銅精鉱浸出処理に属する酸化段階へまわされ、該酸化段階において該ろ液および洗浄水に含まれる臭化物が塩素ガスによって酸化されて臭素ガスになり、該臭素ガスは該酸化段階のガス洗浄装置の洗浄液に回収され、該洗浄液は前記金浸出段階に再循環されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項4に記載の方法において、前記ろ液および洗浄水とともに前記浸出の段階から取り去られる前記臭化物の量が0.5〜10%であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項4または5に記載の方法において、前記浸出の段階の前記水溶液が前記ガス洗浄装置の洗浄液に含まれる臭素を還元して臭化物にすることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記浸出の段階の酸化還元電位が580〜640mVの範囲に保持されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記浸出の段階における前記水溶液のpHが0.5〜1.5の値に保たれることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記水溶液中の二価の銅の量が40〜100g/lであることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記水溶液中のアルカリ塩化物の量が200〜330g/lであることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、温度が80℃と前記水溶液の沸点との間に保持されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記酸素含有ガスが空気、酸素富化空気、および酸素のうちの1つであることを特徴とする方法。
