Claims (9)
- 第一及び第二のパイプ・セグメントから成り、長軸を形成しているねじ付き継手であって、
該第一のパイプ・セグメントは該継手の雄の部材(1)を形成し、
該第二のパイプ・セグメントは該継手の雌の部材(2)を形成し、
該第一のパイプ・セグメント(1)には少なくとも1個の雄ねじが一端に設けられ、又、該継手を構成するために、該第二のパイプ・セグメント(2)には雄ねじをねじ込むのに適合している少なくとも1個の雌ねじ(7)が設けられ、
該第一セグメント(1)上に第一のシール面が、又、雌ねじの一端と第二のパイプ・セグメントの最先端の間に配置された該第二セグメント(2)上に第二のシール面(4)が設けられ、
該第一及び第二(4)のシール面が、前記第一及び第二のパイプ・セグメントの材料の変形により相互の干渉を生じるような寸法を、少なくとも組立位置の端部に有することにより、金属対金属のタイプの継手シールを構成し、
該第二のシール面(4)と該第二のパイプ・セグメントの最先端の間に位置し、及び、内径が全ての点で前記第一のパイプ・セグメントの公称外径より大きい、補強セクション(5)が設けられ、
該補強セクション(5)が以下の式により与えられる軸方向の最小長さLminimumを有することを特徴とする前記継手であって、

0.1wt≦T≦0.3wt - 前記補強セクション(5)が以下の式により与えられる軸の長さLを有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載された継手。
L≦20(ln(wt)/OD0.125) - 前記軸の長さLが6mmから26.5mmの間であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載された継手。
- 前記雌ねじ(7)の出発点と前記第二のシール面(4)の間の距離がねじピッチの値の0.5倍から5倍の間であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載された継手。
- 前記第一のパイプ・セグメント(1)上で少なくとも1個所の第一の肩部の面(6')及び、前記第二のパイプ・セグメント(2)上で第一の面を補完する形状を有する少なくとも1個所の第二の肩部の面(6")を設け、該第一及び第二の肩部の面がねじ付き継手の組立位置の端部を形成し、該第一及び第二の肩部の面(6'、6")は、雄ねじ及び雌ねじの中間位置に配置されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載された継手。
- 前記第一のパイプ・セグメント(1)上で少なくとも1個所の第一の肩部の面(6')及び、前記第二のパイプ・セグメント(2)上で第一の面を補完する形状を有する少なくとも1個所の第二の肩部の面(6")を設け、該第一及び第二の肩部の面がねじ付き継手のねじ込み位置の端部を形成し、該第一及び第二の肩部の面(6'、6")は、雄ねじ及び雌ねじの対応する端部に配置されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載された継手。
- 継手のねじが、継手の軸を通る断面内で先細形を有する請求項6又は7に記載された継手。
- 継手のねじが、継手の軸を通る断面内で円筒形を有する請求項6又は7に記載された継手。
