Description
一般に、自動車分野に適用するための空冷式の発電機は、固定軸受けによって第1のエンドシールド(Aエンドシールド)と、可動軸受によって第2のエンドシールド(Bエンドシールド)とに支承される。この場合、軸受けとして使用される玉軸受けは、軸方向でエンドシールドと保持板との間に位置固定されている。一般的に設けられている軸受け遊びに基づき、ロータの振動が全体として軸方向で生じる。ロータ衝突とも呼ばれるこの現象は、一般に100Hz〜500Hzで発生し且つ概して発電機内の様々な構成部材における極めて高度な機械的負荷を伴う。
本発明の根底を成す課題は、発電機の構成部材を機械的な過剰負荷、特に極端に高い振動加速が極端に長時間、発電機の構成部材に作用することから守ることにある。
以下に、本発明の実施形態を図面につき詳しく説明する。
Claims (11)
- 保持装置(60)によって電動機(10)のケーシング(13)のエンドシールド(13.1,13.2)に軸受け(28)を位置固定するための方法であって、前記電動機には、軸(27)を備えたロータ(20)が回転可能に支承されており、前記保持装置(60)が、ほぼ板状に構成されており且つ所定の複数の固定用開口(62)を有しており、これらの固定用開口が、1つの開口(64)を中心として配置されている形式のものにおいて、
保持装置(60)が、制限された応力の過剰な増大を局所的に生じさせ、該制限された応力の過剰な増大が所定の限界値を超えた場合に塑性変形の発生を招き、結果として亀裂を生じさせて破断を発生させる少なくとも1つの目標破断箇所(66,68;72,74;76,78;92)を有しており、前記破断により、破断部の破断面に緩衝作用を生ぜしめることを特徴とする、保持装置(60)によって電動機のケーシングのエンドシールドに軸受けを位置固定するための方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つの目標破断箇所(66,68;72,74)が、切欠きとして形成されている、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの目標破断箇所(76,78)が、保持装置(60)の材料における貫通孔として形成されている、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの目標破断箇所(92)が、保持装置(60)の平面(94,96)に設けられた切欠きとして形成されている、請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの目標破断箇所(66,68;72,74)が、保持装置(60)の外周に形成されている、請求項2記載の方法。
- 所定数の目標破断箇所(66,68;72,74)が、前記外周及び/又は中心開口(64)の内径(80)に沿って形成されている、請求項2記載の方法。
- 保持装置(60)の厚さ(82,84)が変化するように形成されている、請求項2記載の方法。
- 保持装置(60)が先細部(84)を有しており、該先細部に塑性変形可能なウェブ(86)が延在している、請求項7記載の方法。
- 切欠きとして形成された少なくとも1つの目標破断箇所(66,68;72,74;92)が、形状係数Kt>2.0を有している、請求項2記載の方法。
- 少なくとも2つの目標破断箇所(66,68;72,74)が、前記外周及び/又は中心開口(64)の内径(80)に沿って互いに対向位置するように配置されている、請求項6記載の方法。
- 少なくとも2つの目標破断箇所(66,68;72,74)が、保持装置(60)の外周において6時の位置と12時の位置で、又は前記外周において3時の位置と9時の位置で位置しており且つ/又は中心開口(64)の内径(80)に沿って6時の位置と12時の位置で、又は3時の位置と9時の位置で配置されている、請求項6記載の方法。
