Claims (8)
- 無線通信装置であって、
少なくとも2つのアンテナ、および
無線通信デバイスにシンボルを送信するために前記無線通信デバイスの受信アンテナの数に対応するチャネル情報に基づいてビームフォーミング加重を発生するように構成されるプロセッサを備え、前記受信アンテナの数は、前記無線通信装置において受信に利用されるアンテナの総数よりも少ないものであり、前記ビームフォーミング加重を発生することは、主要な固有ビーム・フィードバックと組み合わされたチャネル品質インジケータ、推定された固有ビーム、伝送相関行列、および前記伝送相関行列の固有ビームから得られるチャネル推定値のうちの少なくとも1つを用いてビーム構造行列を発生することを含み、前記ビームフォーミング加重を発生することは、さらにQR分解で前記ビーム構造行列を分解することを含む、無線通信装置。 - 前記受信アンテナの数は1に等しい請求項1の無線通信装置。
- 前記プロセッサは前記無線通信デバイスから受信したフィードバックを利用して前記チャネル情報を発生する請求項1の無線通信装置。
- 前記プロセッサは前記無線通信デバイスから受信したパイロット・シンボルを利用して前記チャネル情報を発生する請求項1の無線通信装置。
- 前記プロセッサは前記無線通信デバイスから受信したフィードバック及び前記無線通信デバイスから受信したパイロット・シンボルを利用して前記チャネル情報を発生する請求項1の無線通信装置。
- 前記プロセッサはチャネル品質情報をさらに発生するもので、前記チャネル品質情報は前記無線通信デバイスの少なくとも1つの送信アンテナから送信され前記少なくとも2つのアンテナにおいて受信されるパイロット・シンボルに基づく、ここにおいて前記チャネル情報は前記チャネル品質情報からなる請求項5の無線通信装置。
- 前記チャネル品質情報は信号対ノイズ情報を含む請求項6の無線通信装置。
- 前記プロセッサは、無線通信デバイスにシンボルを送信するためにチャネル情報及び固有ビーム情報の両者に基づいてビームフォーミング加重を発生するようにさらに構成される請求項1の無線通信装置。
