Description
(1)高炉の炉頂部からコークスと鉱石とを交互に装入する高炉操業において、前記コークスの一部として球形度を0.76以上に高めたコークスを用い、該球形度が0.76以上のコークスを無次元半径で0.56未満の高炉の中心部に装入することを特徴とする高炉操業方法。
(2)球形度が0.75以下のコークスの脆弱部分を欠落させて、球形度を高めることを特徴とする(1)に記載の高炉操業方法。

A:粒子の平均投影面積(m2)である。
なお、現在通常使用されているコークスの球形度は、100個程度について粒子の等体積球相当径、粒子の平均投影面積を測定して求めた平均値から上記(1)式を用いて計算すると、0.747であった。

Claims (1)
- 高炉の炉頂部からコークスと鉱石とを交互に装入する高炉操業において、
前記コークスの一部として、球形度が0.75以下のコークスの脆弱部分を欠落させ、球形度を0.80以上とし、コークス強度を高めたコークスを用い、
前記球形度が0.80以上のコークスを無次元半径で0.56未満の高炉の中心部に装入することを特徴とする高炉操業方法。
