Claims (2)
- 加熱炉のレキュペレータの温度を実際に測定した結果に基づいて、前記レキュペレータに空気を供給するダイリューションファンの起動、停止と、前記レキュペレータに供給される空気の流量を調整するサクション弁の開度と、を前記測定したレキュペレータの温度が所定の温度範囲に入るように制御し、
前記測定したレキュペレータの温度が650℃を下回った場合、ダイリューションファンを停止することを特徴とする加熱炉のダイリューションファンの制御方法。 - 加熱炉のレキュペレータの温度を実際に測定する温度計を、加熱炉燃焼後のガスが煙道内を伝ってレキュペレータに送り込まれる入口に設置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の制御方法。
