Claims (6)
- 流体を昇圧して供給する昇圧機と、
前記昇圧機が供給する流体が分配されて流れる複数の配管とを備え、
前記各配管内を流れる流体の流量がそれぞれ独立に調節される流体供給装置であって、
前記昇圧機から供給される流体が各配管に分配される前の分配前圧力が予め設定された圧力設定値と一致するように余剰流量を排出するための圧力調節弁と、
前記圧力調節弁の開度が予め設定された開度設定値と一致するように、前記昇圧機の出力を調節する昇圧機制御部と、
を備える流体供給装置。 - 前記開度設定値は前記圧力調節弁の開度が全閉となる値である、
請求項1に記載の流体供給装置。 - 前記分配前圧力が前記圧力設定値より所定値以上低下した場合、前記昇圧機の出力を所定の値だけ上昇させる出力上昇手段をさらに備える、
請求項2に記載の流体供給装置。 - 前記分配前圧力が前記圧力設定値より所定値以上低下した場合に前記開度設定値を所定の値だけ増加させる開度設定値増加手段をさらに備える、
請求項2に記載の流体供給装置。 - 前記分配前圧力が前記圧力設定値と一致するように、前記昇圧機の出力を調節する第2の昇圧機制御部をさらに備え、
前記分配前圧力が前記圧力設定値より所定値以上低下した場合、前記圧力調節弁の開度は全閉とされ、前記昇圧機は前記昇圧機制御部に代えて前記第2の昇圧機制御部により調節される、
請求項2に記載の流体供給装置。 - 前記昇圧機は空気を昇圧して供給するブロワであり、
前記各配管が空気を供給するのは、燃料電池である、
請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の流体供給装置。
