Description
第1実施例では、カプセル1を薄いAl外被で製造する。その形状は次の工程での材料収縮を考慮に入れた、製造すべき半径流圧縮機インペラの輪郭に相当する。カプセル1内に、半径流圧縮機インペラの主要部を形成する粉末状母材2を詰め込む。母材は少なくとも成分AlとCuとを含む合金から成る。他の合金成分、例えばMgも含有できる。母材を、カプセル1への詰め込み前に細かな粉末に粉砕し又はカプセル1内に噴霧する。
第2実施例では、母材としてAl・Cu合金を利用する。この母材は、Mg等の少量の他成分も含み得る。付加材料として、成分AlとFeとを含む耐熱性の急速硬化合金を利用し、この合金に少量の他の付加合金成分を付加できる。
Claims (6)
- 少なくともAlとCuとを含む合金から成る母材で作られた半径流圧縮機インペラにおいて、
インペラの外側部が、Alを含む耐熱合金で形成された付加材料(3、17)から成り、
Al外被から成りインペラの輪郭に相当するカプセル(1)の中に、中央に粉末状母材(2)、外側領域に粉末状付加材料(3)を夫々詰め込み、カプセル(1)を閉鎖し排気した後、カプセル(1)上に高温・高圧を加えることにより形成された半製品から加工されたことを特徴とする半径流圧縮機インペラ。 - 外側部の付加材料(3)が少なくともAlとCuとを含む合金から成ることを特徴とする請求項1記載のインペラ。
- 外側部の付加材料(17)が少なくともAlとFeとを含む合金から成ることを特徴とする請求項1記載のインペラ。
- 母材(2)と付加材料(3)とから、等温プレス法により半製品(5)を製造する請求項1から3の1つに記載の半径流圧縮機インペラの製造方法であって、
Al外被から成りインペラの輪郭に相当するカプセル(1)の中に、中央に粉末状母材(2)、外側領域に粉末状付加材料(3)を夫々詰め込み、カプセル(1)を閉鎖し排気した後、半製品を形成すべく、カプセル(1)上に高温・高圧を加えることを特徴とする方法。 - 母材(2)および付加材料(3)を、粉砕或いは噴霧することを特徴とする請求項4記載の方法。
- 半製品(5、18)を鍛造し、その後、母材(2,16)を硬化すべく熱処理し、続いて最終形状に切削加工することを特徴とする請求項4又は5記載の方法。
