Description
(1) アスファルト又は改質アスファルトを含浸してなる2枚のシート状の基材1a、1bによって挟まれたアスファルト層又は改質アスファルト層2内に、複数枚の金属板3を埋設してなることを特徴とする屋根下葺材。
(2) 金属板3が厚さ0.2mm以下の溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板で構成されてなることを特徴とする前記(1)に記載の屋根下葺材。
(4) 金属板3が金属メッシュ板であることを特徴とする前記(1)又は(2)に記載の屋根下葺材。
(5) 基材1a、1bが不織布で構成されてなることを特徴とする前記(1)〜(4)のいずれか1項に記載の屋根下葺材。
(6) 最上部の基材1bの上面に塗膜層が設けられていることを特徴とする前記(1)〜(5)のいずれか1項に記載の屋根下葺材。
(7) 基材1a、1bの外側面に鉱物質粉粒体層4a、4bが設けられてなることを特徴とする前記(1)〜(6)のいずれか1項に記載の屋根下葺材。
(8) 金属板3の幅が10〜150mmで、金属板3と水平方向に隣り合う他の金属板3との間隔が100〜900mmであることを特徴とする前記(1)〜(7)のいずれか1項に記載の屋根下葺材。
(10) アスファルト又は改質アスファルトを含浸した2枚のシート状の基材1a、1bによって挟まれたアスファルト層又は改質アスファルト層2内に、複数枚の金属板3を埋設して屋根下葺材を構成し、同屋根下葺材に埋設された金属板3の外周部から、所定間隔をおいて電磁誘導加熱装置により、上記金属板3を部分的に加熱し、アスファルト又は改質アスファルトを溶解して部分的に下地へ貼り付けることを特徴とする屋根下葺材の施工方法。
(実施形態1)
本実施形態の屋根下葺材は図1に示すように、アスファルト又は改質アスファルトを含浸した基材1a、1bによって挟まれた改質アスファルト層2内に金属板3を埋設し、基材1a、1bの外側には鉱物質粉粒層4a、4bを設け、また鉱物質粉粒層4bの上面には塗膜層5を設けて構成される。
本実施形態では図2に実施例製品の斜視図を示すように、本願屋根下葺材13をロール状に形成した製品としている。使用に際しては、適宜長さに切断して用いる。
なお、アスファルト又は改質アスファルト2の上面に、単に無機質不織布加工品(ガラス繊維製不織布)を設けて構成してもよい。
上記各実施形態では金属板や金属箔・金属テープを用いたが、これらのような面状の素材ではなく、金属メッシュ板又はパンチングメタル板の使用も可能である。
金属板や金属箔・金属テープ・金属メッシュを幅は50mm以下、金属板の間隔は100mm以上であるようにアスファルト層内に配置した。
金属板や金属箔・金属テープ・金属メッシュ板等は屋根下葺材のアスファルト層全体に屋根下葺材の製品長・製品幅の大きさで配置することも可能である。
また、金属板としてアルミテープ(厚さ0.5mm、幅10〜40mm)を用いて上記と同じくして、高周波電磁誘導加熱したが、屋根下葺材は屋根下地板に良好に接着していた。
なお、上記の携帯型高周波電磁誘導加熱器は市販の携帯型高周波電磁誘導加熱器を使用した。

Claims (10)
- アスファルト又は改質アスファルトを含浸してなる2枚のシート状の基材(1a)、(1b)によって挟まれたアスファルト層又は改質アスファルト層(2)内に、複数枚の金属板(3)を埋設してなることを特徴とする屋根下葺材。
- 金属板(3)が厚さ0.2mm以下の溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板で構成されてなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の屋根下葺材。
- 金属板(3)がパンチングメタル板であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の屋根下葺材。
- 金属板(3)が金属メッシュ板であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の屋根下葺材。
- 基材(1a)、(1b)が不織布で構成されてなることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の屋根下葺材。
- 最上部の基材(1b)の上面に塗膜層が設けられてなることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の屋根下葺材。
- 基材(1a)、(1b)の外側面に鉱物質粉粒体層(4a)、(4b)が設けられてなることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の屋根下葺材。
- 1枚の金属板(3)の幅が10〜150mmで、金属板(3)と水平方向に隣り合って埋設されている他の金属板(3)との間隔が100〜900mmであることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の屋根下葺材。
- アスファルト又は改質アスファルトを含浸した2枚のシート状の基材(1a)、(1b)によって挟まれたアスファルト層又は改質アスファルト層(2)内に、複数枚の金属板(3)を埋設してなる屋根下葺材を屋根下地板上面に載置し、次いで同屋根下葺材に埋設された前記金属板(3)の外周部から、電磁誘導加熱装置により上記金属板(3)を加熱して、アスファルト又は改質アスファルトを溶解して前記屋根下地板上面へ貼り付けることを特徴とする屋根下葺材の施工方法。
- アスファルト又は改質アスファルトを含浸した2枚のシート状の基材(1a)、(1b)によって挟まれたアスファルト層又は改質アスファルト層(2)内に、複数枚の金属板(3)を埋設してなる屋根下葺材を屋根下地板上面に載置し、次いで同屋根下葺材に埋設された前記金属板(3)の外周部から、所定間隔をおいて、電磁誘導加熱装置により上記金属板(3)を部分的に加熱して、アスファルト又は改質アスファルトを溶解して部分的に前記屋根下地板上面へ貼り付けることを特徴とする屋根下葺材の施工方法。
