Claims (5)
- ジルコニウムとチタンとを含む複合炭窒化物からなる第1硬質相:15〜45体積%と、タングステンおよびモリブデンの少なくとも1種とチタンとジルコニウムとを含む複合炭窒化物からなる第2硬質相:40〜70体積%と、ニッケルおよびコバルトの少なくとも1種を主成分とする結合相:5〜25体積%とから構成され、第1硬質相と第2硬質相とは互いに独立した粒子を形成し、第1硬質相と第2硬質相とからなる硬質相全体の平均粒径が0.05〜0.5μmであり、第1硬質相と第2硬質相とが形成した凝集体を含み、凝集体の大きさの平均値は、0.5〜3μmである微粒サーメット。
- 第1硬質相は、タンタルおよびニオブの少なくとも1種を含む請求項1に記載の微粒サーメット。
- 第2硬質相は、タンタルおよびニオブの少なくとも1種を含む請求項1または2のいずれか1項に記載の微粒サーメット。
- 微粒サーメットに含まれる炭素(C)と窒素(N)の合計に対する炭素の割合:C/(C+N)は、重量比で0.3〜0.7である請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の微粒サーメット。
- 微粒サーメットに含まれる酸素量は、0.1〜1重量%である請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の微粒サーメット。
