Claims (3)
- 基板と、
前記基板上の長手方向に沿って配され、第1の配管が螺旋状に巻かれる円筒部材を備えた第1の原料供給部と、
前記基板上の長手方向に沿って配され、第2の配管が螺旋状に巻かれる円筒部材を備えた第2の原料供給部と、を相互に平行に配置し、
前記基板上の長手方向中央部に、内部にマイクロリアクタチップが設けられた反応容器を配置し、
前記基板上の長手方向に沿って、前記第1及び第2の配管とは反対側に、第3の配管が螺旋状に巻かれる円筒部材を備えた反応液排出部を配置し、
前記第1及び第2の原料供給部、前記反応容器及び前記反応液排出部を、前記基板の同一面上に連設してなるマイクロリアクタユニットと、
複数の前記マイクロリアクタユニットが枠部材に積層されて一体に支持されたマイクロリアクタクラスタを有し、
複数の前記マイクロリアクタクラスタが、恒温槽内に複数並べて保持されることを特徴とするマイクロリアクタシステム。 - 請求項1記載のマイクロリアクタシステムにおいて、前記第1の配管、前記第2の配管及び前記第3の配管の少なくとも1つの長さを調節することができるように構成されていることを特徴とするマイクロリアクタシステム。
- 請求項1記載のマイクロリアクタシステムにおいて、前記第1の配管、前記第2の配管及び前記第3の配管の少なくとも1つの巻き数を調節することができるように構成されていることを特徴とするマイクロリアクタシステム。
