Description
Claims (5)
- バッテリーパック保護装置であって、
充電電流または放電電流が流れる回路経路上に接続されたヒューズ及びセンス抵抗と、
前記ヒューズを制御するヒューズ制御スイッチとを備えてなり、
一端は前記センス抵抗に接続され、他端は前記ヒューズ制御スイッチに接続されたショットキーダイオードを更に備えてなる、バッテリーパック保護装置。 - 前記ショットキーダイオードが、前記センス抵抗両端の電圧が閾値以上の場合、前記ヒューズ制御スイッチをターンオンさせて前記ヒューズを溶断させてなる、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック保護装置。
- 請求項2に記載のバッテリーパック保護装置を備えてなる、バッテリーパック。
- 請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック保護装置を備えてなる、バッテリーパック。
- バッテリーパックを保護する方法であって、
充電または放電電流が流れる回路経路上に接続されたヒューズ及びセンス抵抗と、
前記ヒューズを制御するヒューズ制御スイッチと、
前記センス抵抗と前記ヒューズ制御スイッチとの間に連結されるショットキーダイオードとを備えてなり、
(S1)前記センス抵抗の両端に予め定められた値以上の電圧が印加されれば、電流が前記ショットキーダイオードを通じてヒューズ制御スイッチ側に流れる段階と、
(S2)前記電流の流れによって前記ヒューズ制御スイッチがターンオンされて前記ヒューズを溶断させる段階とを含んでなる、バッテリーパック保護方法。
