Claims (8)
- 酸素検知材をフィルム包装材に封入した封入型酸素検知剤であって、
前記フィルム包装材は、厚さ方向に積層された内面側フィルムと外面側フィルムとを少なくとも備え、当該フィルム包装材は、酸素透過率が500ml/(m2・24hr)〜3000ml/(m2・24hr)であり、
前記内面側フィルムと外面側フィルムとは、イミン系接着剤を用いてラミネート加工により接着させた積層フィルムであることを特徴とする封入型酸素検知剤。 - 前記フィルム包装材は、内面側フィルムが、低密度ポリエチレンフィルムまたは無延伸ポリプロピレンフィルムからなる請求項1に記載の封入型酸素検知剤。
- 前記フィルム包装材は、外面側フィルムが、二軸延伸ポリプロピレンフィルムまたは、貫通孔を有するポリエステルフィルムからなる請求項1又は請求項2に記載の封入型酸素検知剤。
- 前記外面側フィルムが厚さ12μm〜20μmである請求項1〜請求項3のいずれかに記載の封入型酸素検知剤。
- 前記内面側フィルムが厚さ15μm〜120μmである請求項1〜請求項4のいずれかに記載の封入型酸素検知剤。
- 前記ラミネート加工は、押出ラミネート加工またはドライラミネート加工である請求項1〜請求項5のいずれかに記載の封入型酸素検知剤。
- 前記酸素検知材が、アルカリ金属化合物、還元性糖類、還元性糖類によって還元される色素、還元性糖類によって還元されない色素、セルロース性物質を含む酸素検知剤組成物からなる請求項1〜請求項6のいずれかに記載の封入型酸素検知剤。
- 前記酸素検知材は、シート、錠剤または粉末である請求項1〜請求項7のいずれかに記載の封入型酸素検知剤。
