Description
弾性部材の圧縮される程度がこの程度であれば,十分な密閉性を維持できるとともに,弾性が失われるほどまで変形されるおそれはない。
さらに,本発明の他の態様は,電力の供給を受けて動作する動作部と,動作部に電力を供給する電源部とを有し,電源部に,上記の二次電池が含まれている機器である。
0.001mm ≦ L1−L2 ≦ L1−L3 ≦ 0.2mm
例えば,端子リベット31のリベット部32や台座部33の下面,集電部34の形状はいずれも一例であり,これに限るものではない。台座部33の下面は必ずしも平面でなくともよいし,集電部34は平板状でなくともよい。また,ここでは,正極端子14に本発明を適用しているが,負極端子にも適用できることはいうまでもない。

Claims (4)
- 電池ケースと,前記電池ケースの内部に密封された電極体群と,前記電極体群の電極体に導通し,前記電池ケースの外部に露出する外部端子とを有する電池において,
柱状のリベット部と,前記リベット部の基端側に設けられた台座部と,前記電極体群の電極体に接続される集電部とを備え,前記台座部における前記リベット部側の面には,前記リベット部に近づくほど高い傾斜座面が,前記リベット部のまわりに全周にわたって形成されている端子リベットと,
環状の弾性部材と,
前記弾性部材より高硬度であるとともに,前記弾性部材の外径より大径で,かつ,前記傾斜座面の外径より小径の第1穴が形成された硬質部材とを有し,
前記電池ケースには,前記リベット部を通す第2穴が形成されており,
前記端子リベットは,
前記台座部および前記集電部が前記電池ケースの内部に位置するとともに,
前記リベット部が前記第2穴を貫通して前記電池ケースの外部に突出するように配置されており,
前記硬質部材は,前記弾性部材が前記第1穴の中に位置するように配置されるとともに,前記台座部と前記電池ケースとの間に挟み付けられており,
前記リベット部がカシメられることで,
前記外部端子が,前記電池ケースに固定されるとともに前記端子リベットと導通しており,
前記弾性部材が,前記台座部と前記電池ケースとの間で厚さ方向に圧縮されていることを特徴とする電池。 - 請求項1に記載の電池において,
前記傾斜座面における前記第1穴の縁辺に接する部位と前記傾斜座面の最も内側との高さの差が,0.001mm以上0.2mm以下であることを特徴とする電池。 - 電力の供給を受けて車輪を回転駆動するモータと,
前記モータに電力を供給する電源部とを有し,
前記電源部に,請求項1または請求項2に記載の電池が含まれていることを特徴とする車両。 - 電力の供給を受けて動作する動作部と,
前記動作部に電力を供給する電源部とを有し,
前記電源部に,請求項1または請求項2に記載の電池が含まれていることを特徴とする機器。
