Description
そこで、本発明は、上記問題に鑑みてなされたものであり、本発明の目的とするところは、ケース内部での電極組立体の遊動を防止することが可能な、新規かつ改良されたバッテリを提供することにある。
前記変形部材は、接触する前記電極組立体により加圧されて弾性変形し、弾性変形に伴う弾性力によって前記電極組立体を支持することとしても良い。
図1を参照すれば、バッテリ・モジュール100は、バッテリ・ユニット101を含む。バッテリ・ユニット101は、一つ以上の電極組立体102を含む。
以下、上記で図示された図面と同じ参照番号は、同じ機能を行う同じ部材を指す。

Claims (13)
- バッテリケースと、
前記バッテリケースに収容され、ワインディング軸に対して巻き取られる複数のワインディング部を含み、前記ワインディング軸は、前記バッテリケースの底面に対して平行方向に配列された電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体と前記バッテリケースの底面との間に形成され、前記電極組立体と前記バッテリケースとの間で加圧される変形部材と、を含み、
前記変形部材は、接触する前記電極組立体により加圧されて弾性変形して前記バッテリケースの内壁に接触し、弾性変形に伴う弾性力によって前記電極組立体を支持するバッテリ。 - 前記電極組立体は、最外郭ワインディング部を有し、
前記電極組立体の前記最外郭ワインディング部はセパレータであり、
前記セパレータは、前記変形部材に接触することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリ。 - 前記電極組立体は、複数の第2ワインディング部を含み、
前記第2ワインディング部は、第2ワインディング軸に対して巻き取られ、
前記第2ワインディング軸は、前記ワインディング軸に平行であり、
前記変形部材は、前記ワインディング部と前記第2ワインディング部とに対して加圧される側面支持部を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリ。 - 前記変形部材は、前記側面支持部間に配された少なくとも1つの中央支持部を有し、
前記中央支持部は、前記電極組立体の中央領域に対して加圧されるように形成されたことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバッテリ。 - 前記変形部材はW型であり、
前記W型の中央は、複数の前記ワインディング部と複数の前記第2ワインディング部との間に配された前記中央支持部を形成することを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバッテリ。 - 前記変形部材は、前記電極組立体の下部側領域と接触する側面支持部を含み、
前記変形部材の前記側面支持部は互いに結合され、
前記変形部材は、単一の一体型部材であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリ。 - 前記変形部材は成形プレートであり、
前記成形プレートの端部は、前記バッテリケースの底面から遠い方向に延長されるようにベンディングされ、前記成形プレートの端部は、前記側面支持部を形成することを特徴とする請求項6に記載のバッテリ。 - 前記変形部材の前記側面支持部は、前記バッテリケースの側面に対して加圧されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のバッテリ。
- 前記変形部材は、前記電極組立体の長さと対応するワインディング軸方向に長さを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリ。
- 前記変形部材は、前記電極組立体により加圧される前は、前記電極組立体にも固定されず、前記バッテリケースにも固定されず、前記電極組立体と前記バッテリケースとの間にフローティングされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリ。
- キャップ・プレートは、前記バッテリケースに結合され、
前記キャップ・プレートは、これを介して延びる少なくとも1つの電極ターミナルを有し、
前記電極組立体は、前記少なくとも1つの電極ターミナルに結合され、
前記キャップ・プレートは、前記変形部材と反対になる前記バッテリケースの端部に配されることをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリ。 - 前記変形部材は、電気的に絶縁であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリ。
- 前記変形部材は、シリコン、ゴム及びポリプロピレンのうち少なくともいずれか一つを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリ。
