Abstract
【解決手段】膨張を制限する制限糸を内部に有する袋体において、前記制限糸は、非膨張部から別の非膨張部へ前記袋体内部に延在する第1糸条と、前記袋体の膨張部の一方の面の基布を組織する糸条であって、前記一方の面の基布から離れて、前記第1糸条に引っ掛かり、又は前記第1糸条と織り組織を構成し、再び前記一方の面の基布に戻り組織される第2糸条と、前記袋体の膨張部の他方の面の基布を組織する糸条であって、前記他方の面の基布から離れて、前記第1糸条に引っ掛かり、又は前記第1糸条と織り組織を構成し、再び前記他方の面の基布に戻り組織される第3糸条とを含む。

Description
(糸強力、伸度)基布を構成したものと同じ糸条を別に準備し、A&D社製テンシロンを用いて測定した。試料長200mm、引っ張り速度200mm/minで5回測定し、その平均値を記録した。
(布強力、伸度)JIS L1096を基準とし、A&D社製テンシロンにて幅50mm、測定長200mm、引っ張り速度200mm/minで測定を5回実施し、その平均値を記録した。
(気密性)試験用エアバッグに17.5kPaになるように空気を入れ、その後バルブを閉止し、エアバッグ内圧の変化を記録し、バルブ閉止6秒後の圧力を評価した。

Claims (7)
- 膨張を制限する制限糸を内部に有する袋体において、前記制限糸は、
非膨張部から別の非膨張部へ前記袋体内部に延在する第1糸条と、
前記袋体の膨張部の一方の面の基布を組織する糸条であって、前記一方の面の基布から離れて、前記第1糸条に引っ掛かり、又は前記第1糸条と織り組織を構成し、再び前記一方の面の基布に戻り組織される第2糸条と、
前記袋体の膨張部の他方の面の基布を組織する糸条であって、前記他方の面の基布から離れて、前記第1糸条に引っ掛かり、又は前記第1糸条と織り組織を構成し、再び前記他方の面の基布に戻り組織される第3糸条とを含む、袋体。 - 前記制限糸の強力が30N/本以上であり、伸度が16〜30%である、請求項1に記載された袋体。
- 前記袋体の前記基布から離れる前記制限糸の密度が、前記膨張部の面積に対して0.1〜1.5個/cm2である、請求項1または請求項2に記載された袋体。
- 前記制限糸が存在する領域が、前記膨張部の面積の10〜95%である、請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか一項に記載された袋体。
- 前記制限糸の前記第2糸条及び前記第3糸条について、基布から離れて再び基布に戻るまでの長さが5〜40cmである、請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか一項に記載された袋体。
- 前記袋体を構成する糸条が、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)またはナイロン66(N66)である、請求項1から請求項5までのいずれか一項に記載された袋体。
- 前記袋体の外側に樹脂コーティングまたはラミネートがなされた、請求項1から請求項6までのいずれか一項に記載された袋体。
