成分(II)の1つのみのいずれかを含む組成物と比較した場合に、相乗的殺生物効果をもたらす比率である。当業者により理解されるように、該相乗効果は、それに対して効果が測定される微生物の種類および処理する基質により、組成物における成分(I)および(II)の様々な比率内で得られることができる。本願の教示に基づいて、そのような組成物の相乗的効果の決定は、実施例1において記述されるような毒物プレートアッセイ(Poison Plate Assay)の方法に従って行うことができる。しかしながら、原則として、大部分の微生物について活性組成物における成分(I):成分(II)の量の適当な重量比は10:1〜1:10の範囲にあるべきであると言うことができる。特に、この範囲は8:2〜2:8、さらに特に3:1〜1:3もしくは2:1〜1:2である。本発明の組成物における成分(I):成分(II)の別の特定の比率は、成分(I)と成分(II)の1つの間で1:1の比率である。

−酢酸銀、アルギン酸銀、アジ化銀、クエン酸銀、乳酸銀、硝酸銀、過塩素酸銀、硫酸銀、塩化銀、チオシアン酸銀、銀−ナトリウム−水素−リン酸ジルコニウム、スルファジアジン銀、シクロヘキサン二酢酸銀および2,5−ジクロロ−3,6−ジヒドロキシ−2,5−シクロヘキサジエン−1,4−ジオン二銀から選択される成分(II)を含んでなる組成物を含有し、該組成物(a)および(b)が相乗的殺生物効果を提供するためにそれぞれの比率で存在する製品も包含される。他の適当な銀成分(II)は、アミノ樹脂(例えば、尿素−ホルムアルデヒド樹脂、メラミンホルムアルデヒド樹脂...)もしくは熱可塑性物質(例えば、ポリエステル、ポリエチレン、ポリアクリレート、pvc...)のような、成形、ラッカー塗装もしくは塗装製品の製造のためのプラスチック組成物に導入されるか、または典型的には20〜1000nmの粒径を有するナノ銀粒子として提供される、リザーバーとしてリン酸ジルコニウムベースのセラミックを用いる、イオン交換メカニズムによるようなそれを徐々に生物学的に利用可能にする技術を用いて銀を遊離させる製品、またはリザーバーもしくは担体としてガラスセラミックにおいて提供される銀、またはゼオライト、シリカゲルもしくは二酸化チタンをリザーバーもしくは銀を含有する無機誘導体として提供される銀である。そのような製品は、別個の容器を含んでなる適当なパッケージからなることができ、ここで、各容器は、好ましくは調合された形態で、成分(I)もしくは成分(II)の1つを含んでなる。そのような調合された形態は、一般に、両方の有効成分を含有する製剤について記述されるのと同じ組成物を有する。
。「界面活性剤」という用語はまた、界面活性剤の混合物を含んでなるとしても理解される。
フェノキシポリエトキシエタノール、ポリエチレングリコールおよびオクチルフェノキシポリエトキシエタノールである。三オレイン酸ポリオキシエチレンソルビタンのような、ポリエチレンソルビタンの脂肪酸エステルもまた、適当な非イオン性界面活性剤である。

Claims (10)
- 成分(I)および成分(II)の1つが相乗的殺生物効果を提供するためにそれぞれの比率で存在する;成分(I)としてイマザリルもしくはその塩と、成分(II)として酢酸銀、アルギン酸銀、アジ化銀、クエン酸銀、乳酸銀、硝酸銀、過塩素酸銀、硫酸銀、塩化銀、チオシアン酸銀、銀−ナトリウム−水素−リン酸ジルコニウム、スルファジアジン銀、シクロヘキサン二酢酸銀および2,5−ジクロロ−3,6−ジヒドロキシ−2,5−シクロヘキサジエン−1,4−ジオン二銀から選択される銀化合物の組み合わせを含んでなる組成物。
- 成分(II)が硝酸銀もしくは過塩素酸銀である請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 成分(I)および成分(II)の1つが相乗的殺生物効果を提供するためにそれぞれの比率で存在する;成分(I)としてイマザリルもしくはその塩と、成分(II)として、成形、ラッカー塗装もしくは塗装製品の製造のためのプラスチック組成物に導入されるか、またはナノ銀粒子として提供される、リザーバーとしてリン酸ジルコニウムベースのセラミックから選択される、イオン交換メカニズムによりそれを徐々に生物学的に利用可能にする技術を用いて銀を遊離させる製品、またはリザーバーもしくは担体としてガラスセラミックにおいて提供される銀、またはゼオライト、シリカゲルもしくは二酸化チタンをリザーバーもしくは銀を含有する無機誘導体として提供する銀の組み合わせを含んでなる組成物。
- 成分(I):成分(II)の重量比が10:1〜1:10の間である請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 成分(I)の量が10〜50.000mg/lの範囲内で存在し、そして成分(II)の量が10〜50.000mg/lの範囲内で存在する請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 処理すべき木材、木材製品および生物分解性物質に請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の組成物の抗微生物的に有効な量を適用することを含んでなる、木材、木材製品および生物分解性物質上の微生物増殖を抑制する方法。
- 処理すべきエンジニアリング材料に請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の組成物の抗微生物的に有効な量を適用することを含んでなる、エンジニアリング材料上の微生物増殖を抑制する方法。
- 成分(I)および成分(II)の1つを互いに密接に混合することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の相乗的組成物の製造方法。
- 同時もしくは逐次使用のための組み合わせとして、
(a)成分(I)、イマザリルを含んでなる組成物;ならびに
(b)酢酸銀、アルギン酸銀、アジ化銀、クエン酸銀、乳酸銀、硝酸銀、過塩素酸銀、硫酸銀、塩化銀、チオシアン酸銀、銀−ナトリウム−水素−リン酸ジルコニウム、スルファジアジン銀、シクロヘキサン二酢酸銀および2,5−ジクロロ−3,6−ジヒドロキシ−2,5−シクロヘキサジエン−1,4−ジオン二銀から選択される成分(II)を含んでなる組成物を含有し、該組成物(a)および(b)が相乗的殺生物効果を提供するためのようなそれぞれの比率で存在する製品。 - 同時もしくは逐次使用のための組み合わせとして、
(a)成分(I)、イマザリルを含んでなる組成物;および
(b)成形、ラッカー塗装もしくは塗装製品の製造のためのプラスチック組成物に導入されるか、またはナノ銀粒子として提供される、リザーバーとしてリン酸ジルコニウムベースのセラミックから選択される、イオン交換メカニズムによりそれを徐々に生物学的に利用可能にする技術を用いて銀を遊離させる製品、またはリザーバーもしくは担体としてガラスセラミックにおいて提供される銀、またはゼオライト、シリカゲルもしくは二酸化チタンをリザーバーもしくは銀を含有する無機誘導体として提供する銀から選択される成分(II)を含んでなる組成物を含有し、該組成物(a)および(b)が相乗的殺生物効果を提供するためのようなそれぞれの比率で存在する製品。
