Claims (14)
- 緩衝装置(10,10’)を備えたシューズ(1)であって、
a. 下側ソール部材(11)および上側ソール部材(19)、および
b.互いに角度を付けられて固定された少なくとも2つのアーム(23,21)を備えた少なくとも2つのレバー(20)であって、前記少なくとも2つのアームの間の角度αが0°<α<180°の範囲内にあり、第1のアームが伸長部材(30,30’)に連結されており、第2のアームが前記2つのソール部材の内の1つに連結されているレバー、を有してなり、
c. 前記レバー(20)が、前記少なくとも2つのアームの交差地点で、前記ソール部材の他方に旋回可能に配置されているとともに前記シューズの縦軸に対して踵部分の外側と内側に配置されたものであり、
d. 前記下側ソール部材(11)に向かう下方への前記上側ソール部材(19)の距離xの垂直緩衝動作により、前記伸長部材(30,30’)の距離yの伸長がもたらされ、前記距離yが前記距離xよりも小さくなるように、前記レバー(20)が形成されたものである
ことを特徴とするシューズ。 - 前記角度αが5°<α<125°の範囲内にあることを特徴とする請求項1記載のシューズ。
- 前記レバー(20)が前記上側または前記下側ソール部材(11,19)の周囲(35)に旋回可能に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2いずれか1項記載のシューズ。
- 前記伸長部材(30,30’)が前記上側ソール部材(19)の真下に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3いずれか1項記載のシューズ。
- 前記レバーのアームの両方の交差地点にある回転心棒が前記2つのソール部材の一方に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から4いずれか1項記載のシューズ。
- 前記第2のアーム(21)がスペーサ部材(13,15,17)を介して前記ソール部材の一方に連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のシューズ。
- 少なくとも1つのレバー(20)をさらに含み、該レバー(20)が前記シューズ(1)の縦軸に対して平行な回転心棒を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から6いずれか1項記載のシューズ。
- 前記緩衝装置(10,10’)が外側伸長部材(30,30’)および内側伸長部材(30,30’)をさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項1から7いずれか1項記載のシューズ。
- 踵が最初に地面に接触したときの前記シューズ(1)の緩衝特性が前記伸長部材(30)の変形により決まるように、前記少なくとも1つのレバー(20)が該シューズ(1)の踵部分に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から8いずれか1項記載のシューズ。
- 前記下側ソール部材(11)がソール表面として設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から9いずれか1項記載のシューズ。
- 前記上側ソール部材(19)が足の構造に適合されたソールカップ(19)として設けられることを特徴とする請求項1から10いずれか1項記載のシューズ。
- 前記伸長部材(30,30’)がコイルスプリングまたは弾性ストリップのいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項1から11いずれか1項記載のシューズ。
- 前記ソール部材および/または前記レバーの少なくともある部分が、ガラス繊維強化ポリアミドまたは炭素繊維を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記から12いずれか1項載のシューズ。
- 前記スペーサ部材の少なくともある部分が、ガラス繊維強化ポリアミドまたは炭素繊維を含むことを特徴とする請求項6記載のシューズ。
