Claims (2)
- 支軸を中心に回転する弁板と、流路を有する弁箱と、前記流路の内側に設けられ前記支軸の軸方向に互いに間隙を隔てる2つの環形封止部材とを備え、前記弁板が前記2つの環形封止部材の間に進入し前記流路を閉じる姿勢、又は前記2つの環形封止部材の間から退出し前記流路を開く姿勢になるロータリースルースバルブであって、
前記2つの環形封止部材のうち一方の環形封止部材を前記支軸の軸方向に変位させる変位手段と、前記支軸をその軸方向に移動自在に軸受する軸受部とを備え、前記弁板は、基端の軸孔に前記支軸が通され、前記支軸の軸方向の途中に連結部材を介して連結され、前記軸受部は、前記支軸が挿通され且つ互いの端面の間に前記弁板を挟む2つのスリーブを弁箱に連結されるコラムの内部に設け、前記連結部材とスリーブの端面との間、及び前記弁板とスリーブの端面との間にそれぞれ隙間を設け、前記支軸が軸方向に移動でき、前記変位手段が、ロータリースルースバルブの組み立て時に、前記一方の環形封止部材を、前記2つの環形封止部材のうち他方の環形封止部材に向けて変位させ、前記流路を閉じる姿勢の弁板が、前記一方の環形封止部材に従って前記他方の環形封止部材に押付けられることを特徴とするロータリースルースバルブ。 - 前記変位手段が、前記流路の内側に形成された雌ねじと、前記一方の環形封止部材に形成された雄ねじとを備え、前記2つの環形封止部材のうち他方の環形封止部材が弁箱に取り付けられた状態で、前記流路の雌ねじに前記一方の環形封止部材の雄ねじを螺合させたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のロータリースルースバルブ。
