Description
一方、液供給装置は、液室とエアロゾル発生流路とを接続し、供給位置にてエアロゾル発生流路内に開口した液管路と、この液管路を開閉する弁とを更に含むことができる(請求項5)。この場合、弁は、エアロゾル発生流路内の空気がマウスピースを通じて吸引されたときにのみ開かれる(請求項6)。

内径=1.6mm、小径部の外径=1.9mm、長さ=15mm、厚さ=1mm
セラミックヒータ12:
内径=2.0mm、外径=4mm、長さ=30mm、抵抗値=0.4Ω
放熱カバー20:
表面積=1160mm2、体積=412mm3
第2実施例の吸引器を説明するにあたり、第1実施例における吸引器の構成要素と同一の機能を発揮する構成要素には同一の参照符号を付し、これらの説明を省略する。
図3の開閉弁24は、固定板26と、この固定板26から離間した可動板28とを備えており、固定板26は前述したアウタケーシングの内壁であってもよい。固定板26と可動板28との間には一対の弁ばね30が配置されており、これら弁ばね30は引っ張りコイルばねである。各弁ばね30は固定板26及び可動板28の双方に接続され、固定板26に向けて可動板28を付勢、即ち、引き付けている。
開閉弁40は固定壁42を備え、この固定壁42にゴムチューブ32が固定されている。なお、固定壁42は前述した固定板26と同様に、アウタケーシングの内壁であってもよい。
Claims (10)
- 外気導入口からマウスピースに延び、内部にてエアロゾル発生流路を形成する管と、
エアロゾルの原料である溶液を蓄えた液室とを有し、この液室から前記エアロゾル発生流路に規定された供給位置に所定量の溶液を供給可能な液供給装置と、
前記エアロゾル発生流路に前記供給位置の下流に位置して配置された加熱装置であって、前記マウスピースを通じて前記エアロゾル発生流路内の空気が吸引されて、前記エアロゾル発生流路内に吸引空気の流れが発生されたとき、この吸引空気の流れとともに前記供給位置から前記マウスピースに向けて移送された溶液を加熱により蒸発させ、溶液のエアロゾルを発生させる、加熱装置と、
前記加熱装置の上流に配置され、前記加熱装置から前記供給位置への熱の伝達を低減する熱伝達低減装置と
を具備し、
前記熱伝達低減装置は、前記供給位置を有する前記管の上流部位を外側から覆い且つこの上流部位の熱を放熱させる放熱カバーを含むことを特徴とするエアロゾル吸引器。 - 前記放熱カバーは中空の円筒形状をなし、前記エアロゾル発生流路の上流に向けて開口した開口端と、前記管を貫通させた閉塞端とを有することを特徴とする請求項1のエアロゾル吸引器。
- 前記加熱装置は、前記管の一部を形成する管状のセラミックヒータを含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2のエアロゾル吸引器。
- 前記熱伝達低減装置は、前記供給位置の近傍に配置された冷却装置を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項3のエアロゾル吸引器。
- 前記液供給装置は、前記液室と前記エアロゾル発生流路とを接続し、前記供給位置に
て前記エアロゾル発生流路内に開口した液管路と、この液管路を開閉する弁とを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項3のエアロゾル吸引器。 - 前記弁は、前記エアロゾル発生流路内の空気が前記マウスピースを通じて吸引されたときにのみ開かれることを特徴とする請求項5のエアロゾル吸引器。
- 前記弁は、
前記液管路の一部をなし、内部が弁通路として形成された弾性変形可能なチューブと、
前記チューブの近傍に設けられ、前記チューブを弾性変形させて押し潰し、前記弁通路を閉じる閉位置と、前記チューブから離間して前記弁通路を開く開位置との間を移動可能な可動部材とを含むことを特徴とする請求項5又は6のエアロゾル吸引器。 - 前記弁は、
前記可動部材と協働して前記チューブを挟持可能な固定部材と、
前記可動部材を前記閉位置に向けて付勢する弁ばねと、
前記弁ばねの付勢力に抗して前記可動部材を前記開位置に移動させるアクチュエータと
を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項7のエアロゾル吸引器。 - 前記アクチュエータは、可動部材に取付けられた磁石と、前記磁石を吸着可能なソレノイドとを有することを特徴とする請求項8のエアロゾル吸引器。
- 前記アクチュエータは、形状記憶合金から形成された制御ばねであることを特徴とする請求項8のエアロゾル吸引器。
