Claims (4)
- 原液を貯留する複数の原液タンクと,複数の前記原液を混合または反応または乳化させるための容器であるマイクロリアクタと,前記マイクロリアクタに前記原液を供給するポンプと,前記原液を複数の前記マイクロリアクタに分配する分岐部と,前記マイクロリアクタで生成した液を貯留する生成物タンクとそれぞれをつなぐ配管とを備えた化学装置において,前記分岐部は前記ポンプからの配管と前記マイクロリアクタへの配管が接続された容器であって,前記分岐部に前記分岐部の前記原液を供給する配管よりも上部に前記原液タンクに戻す配管を備え,前記分岐部の前記マイクロリアクタに分配する配管高さを前記原液タンクに戻す配管よりも低くし,更に前記原液タンクに戻す配管にバルブを設けたことを特徴とする化学装置。
- 請求項1記載の化学装置において,分岐部からマイクロリアクタまでの配管は常に上向き勾配をもつように配管されていることを特徴とする化学装置。
- 請求項1記載の化学装置において,該バルブを電磁バルブとし,電磁バルブと原液タンクの間に気体検出器を設置し,気体検出器の出力に基づき電磁バルブを制御する制御装置を設けたことを特徴とする化学装置。
- 請求項1乃至請求項3記載の化学装置において,分岐部とマイクロリアクタの間に電磁バルブと流量検出部を配置し,流量検出部の出力に基づき配置した電磁バルブを制御する制御装置を設けたことを特徴とする化学装置。
