Claims (12)
- 積層型蓄電デバイスに用いられる配線基板であって、
複数の歯と当該複数の歯を支持する一つの柄を有する櫛型形状の絶縁基板と、
前記絶縁基板上に形成され前記複数の歯のそれぞれの先端から前記柄の端まで個別に伸延し前記複数の歯の先端に接触する導電体である、前記積層型蓄電デバイスの各集電箔の電位を、前記積層型蓄電デバイスの外装材の封止部において前記柄の前記複数の歯の幅の総和より小さい幅を有する部分が前記外装材を貫通することで前記外装材の外に配置される前記柄の端まで電導させる複数の配線を備えた配線層と、を有し、
前記配線基板は柔軟性を有し、
前記配線基板の表面である第1面は複数の歯の先端に前記配線層の導電材料が露出する部分を有し、裏面である第2面は前記導電材料が露出する部分を有さないことを特徴とする配線基板。 - 前記第1面には前記歯の先端に接触する導電体である前記集電箔と接合するための接合部材を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の配線基板。
- 前記配線基板の柄または柄の先端のいずれか一方、もしくは両方に前記歯の先端に接触する導電体である前記集電箔の電位を電導させるためのコネクタを備えることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の配線基板。
- 複数の対向する集電箔と、
複数の歯と当該複数の歯を支持する一つの柄を有する櫛型形状の絶縁基板と、前記絶縁基板上に形成され前記複数の歯のそれぞれの先端から前記柄の端まで個別に伸延し前記複数の歯の先端に接触する導電体である前記集電箔の電位を、前記積層型蓄電デバイスの外装材の封止部において前記柄の前記複数の歯の幅の総和より小さい幅を有する部分が前記外装材を貫通することで前記外装材の外に配置される前記柄の端まで電導させる複数の配線を備えた配線層と、を有し、前記配線基板は柔軟性を有し、前記配線基板の表面である第1面は複数の歯の先端に導電材料が露出する部分を有し、裏面である第2面は導電材料が露出する部分を有さない配線基板と、を有し、
前記複数の歯は前記対向する集電箔間にそれぞれ挿入され前記対向する集電箔のいずれか一方と電気的に接続され、前記柄は前記複数の歯の電位をそれぞれ前記配線を介して前記柄の端の出力端から出力することを特徴とする積層型蓄電デバイス。 - 前記集電箔の一方の面に正極層が形成され他方の面に負極層が形成された複数のバイポーラ電極が正極層と負極層とが向き合うようにイオン伝導層を介して位置され、前記バイポーラ電極と前記イオン伝導層とが交互に複数積層して構成されることで電池要素をなすことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の積層型蓄電デバイス。
- さらに対向する集電箔の間に位置し集電箔同士を電気的に絶縁するシール材を有し、前記シール材は前記複数の歯の先端の導電体以外の部分を囲った状態で前記集電箔と接合させることにより前記複数の歯と前記集電箔とを接触させて電気的に接続させていることを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載の積層型蓄電デバイス。
- 前記配線基板は、当該配線基板に実装され前記対向する集電箔間を電気的に接続させる機能を有する放電回路を有することを特徴とする請求項4または5のいずれかに記載の積層型蓄電デバイス。
- 前記櫛型形状の配線基板の歯の厚みは、前記対向する集電箔間の間隔よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項4または5のいずれかに記載の積層型蓄電デバイス。
- 前記配線基板の前記放電回路が実装された部分の厚みは、前記配線基板に電気的に接続された集電箔の積層構造の厚みよりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の積層型蓄電デバイス。
- 前記対向する集電箔間に挿入された前記櫛型形状の配線基板の歯は前記集電箔と前記歯の接触面を除き弾性体で囲まれていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の積層型蓄電デバイス。
- 前記積層型蓄電デバイスはさらに外装材を含み、前記櫛型形状の配線基板の柄は前記外装材のシール部を貫通して前記外装材の外へ突き抜けていることを特徴とする請求項4〜10のいずれかに記載の積層型蓄電デバイス。
- 前記配線基板は前記蓄電デバイスの外部のコントローラに接続されることにより制御されることを特徴とする請求項4〜11のいずれかに記載の積層型蓄電デバイス。
