Claims (5)
- カーボンナノチューブフィルムを含む濾過構造体において、
前記カーボンナノチューブフィルムが複数の線状カーボンナノチューブのみからなり、
該複数の線状カーボンナノチューブが互いに絡み合って複数の微孔構造が形成され、
単一の前記微孔構造の孔径が10ナノメートル以下であり、
前記カーボンナノチューブフィルムの厚さが10マイクロメートル〜1000マイクロメートルであることを特徴とする濾過構造体。 - 前記複数の線状カーボンナノチューブが等方的に、均一的に、配向せず配列されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の濾過構造体。
- 単一の前記線状カーボンナノチューブが、一本のカーボンナノチューブであることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の濾過構造体。
- 前記濾過構造体が濾過基材を含み、
前記カーボンナノチューブフィルムが該濾過基材の少なくとも、一つの表面に設置されることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の濾過構造体。 - 前記濾過基材は、微孔構造を有するセラミック又は繊維ポリマー板であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の濾過構造体。
