Claims (18)
- 複数の電線(5)を有する電気ケーブル(6)用のエルボ接続部(10)であって、ステムの表面に、周方向に離間された複数の長手方向の凹所(4)を含む可撓性ステム(2)と、ステム(2)のコアに軸方向に配置されかつ曲げることができる補強ロッド(3)とで構成された長手方向(L)の溝付き中心キャリア(1)を含み、エルボ接続部がさらに、前記凹所(4)内に電線を周囲から保持するための電線保持要素を含み、該電線保持要素が、中心線(C)と平行に形成された、ステム(2)の凹所(4)の延長部にそれぞれ対応する複数のハウジング(12)を備えたバレル(11)を含むことを特徴とする、エルボ接続部。
- 補強ロッド(3)が、剛性金属ロッドである、請求項1に記載のエルボ接続部。
- ステム(2)が、シリコーン系材料でできている、請求項1または2に記載のエルボ接続部。
- ステム(2)が、長手方向(L)に円筒形の幾何形状である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のエルボ接続部。
- ステム(2)が、長手方向に減少する断面(7、8)である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のエルボ接続部。
- 各凹所(4)が、一定の直径(D)をもった円弧の断面を有する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のエルボ接続部。
- 各凹所(4)が、ステム2の表面に、凹所(4)の直径(D)よりも小さい幅(E)の開口部を有する、請求項6に記載のエルボ接続部。
- バレル(11)の軸部分が、補強ロッド(3)を固定するための穴を含む、請求項1に記載のエルボ接続部。
- バレル(11)の軸方向の穴が、補強ロッド(3)を締結しかつ固定するためにねじ穴になっている、請求項8に記載のエルボ接続部。
- 電線保持要素が、ステムよりも大きな直径の環状リングを含む、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のエルボ接続部。
- 電線保持要素(20)が、少なくとも1つの遮蔽編組(21)を含む、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のエルボ接続部。
- 電線保持要素(20)が、電線上に置かれる少なくとも1つの周囲被覆層(22)を含む、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のエルボ接続部。
- 電線保持要素(20)が、外部被覆スリーブ(23)を含む、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載のエルボ接続部。
- 周囲被覆層(22)および外部被覆スリーブ(23)の少なくとも一方が、熱収縮性である、請求項13に記載のエルボ接続部。
- 機械的結合部品(13)を含む、請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載のエルボ接続部。
- 請求項1から15のいずれか一項によるエルボ接続部が設けられることを特徴とする、電気ケーブル用コネクタ。
- 請求項1から15のいずれか一項によるエルボ接続部を少なくとも1つ含むことを特徴とする、電気ケーブル。
- 請求項1から15のいずれか一項によるエルボ接続部を少なくとも1つ含むことを特徴とする、電気ケーブルハーネス。
