Claims (2)
- 樹脂芯材を樹脂外皮で覆ってなる複合樹脂成形品であって、
前記樹脂芯材とその表面を覆う前記樹脂外皮とを熱溶融性表面材を介在させて溶着して一体化されており、
前記樹脂芯材は、発泡体またはその厚み方向に貫通する空洞を多数有するハニカム構造体であること
を特徴とする複合樹脂成形品。 - 請求項1記載の複合樹脂成形品を製造する方法であって、
少なくとも一方の金型のキャビティをブロー成形時の加圧流体通路を形成するための凹凸面とした分割形式の成形金型間に、両面に熱溶融性表面材を施した定形の樹脂芯材を配置するとともに、この樹脂芯材の両面に、加熱可塑化された一対の樹脂シートを垂下状に対向させ、
次いで、前記成形金型をそのピンチオフ部が前記樹脂シートに接する位置まで型締めして前記樹脂シートを前記成形金型のキャビティに吸着されるように真空成形した後、前記成形金型の型締めを完了させて、該型締めした成形金型のキャビティにより前記定形の樹脂芯材の表面に前記樹脂シートを押圧して前記熱溶融性表面材により溶着し、
次いで、成形金型の前記凹凸面で形成される加圧流体通路を通じて前記一対の樹脂シート間に加圧流体を導入して補整成形のための前記ブロー成形をする
ことを特徴とする複合樹脂成形品の製造方法。
