Claims (11)
- 上端部および下端部を備えた垂直反応装置(6a)、CaO含有材料および水を一括または別々に導入するための、前記垂直反応装置の上端部に位置する手段(6b、6c)、および水和物を排出するための、前記垂直反応装置の下端部に位置する手段(6d、6e)を含み、前記水は噴霧空気と混合されて導入され、水蒸気の状態で導入されることを特徴とする、CaOを含有する粒子状または粉体状材料の水和を実施するための装置。
- 上端部および下端部を備えた垂直反応装置(6a)、CaO含有材料を導入するための、前記垂直反応装置の上端部に位置する手段(6b)、蒸気状の余分な水を排出するための、前記垂直反応装置の上端部に位置する手段(6f)、水を前記垂直反応装置に導入するための、前記垂直反応装置の高さ全体にわたって設置された手段(6c)、および水和物を排出するための、前記垂直反応装置の下端部に位置する手段(12)を含み、前記水は噴霧空気と混合されて導入され、水蒸気の状態で導入されることを特徴とする、CaOを含有する粒子状または粉体状材料の水和を実施するための装置。
- 水和処理中の温度を100℃より高く維持することを特徴とする、請求項3、または4に記載の方法。
- 水蒸気の分圧を0.01〜10atmの範囲内に維持することを特徴とする、請求項3、または4に記載の方法。
- 水和物の一部を前記水和を実施するための装置に再循環させることを特徴とする、請求項3〜6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 水和度が70%未満、であることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
- か焼した原料の形態のCaO含有材料を、セメント製造プラントのか焼炉から抽出することを特徴とする、請求項3〜8のいずれかに記載の方法。
- SO2を吸収するために、排出ガスの移動方向に向って見た場合SO2が生成される場所のすぐ後でセメント製造プラントの予熱器に水和物を引き続いて再導入することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
- キルン炉からのSO2排出物を還元するための、請求項3〜10のいずれかに記載の方法によって提供される生成物の使用。
