Description
以下、本発明を詳細な説明および添付図面につき説明する。
−外面および内面を有する第1繊維層、
−第1繊維層から距離を置いて配置し、また外面および内面を有する第2繊維層であって、第1繊維層の内側に第2繊維層の内面を配置する、該第2繊維層、ならびに
−第1繊維層と第2繊維層との間に適合する第3繊維層
を組み合わせて備える製品があり、この多層ボール紙をコーティングする、またはコーティングしない、または1つの外面のみコーティングすることができる。
Claims (14)
- 異なる繊維組成を有する少なくとも2つの積層した層を備え、かつ、少なくとも部分的に化学処理した短繊維素料(ショートストック)を用いて製造した多層繊維質製品を製造する方法において、
短繊維素料をスクリーニングにかけ、0.2〜1.5mmの平均開孔サイズを有するスクリーンを通過するサイズの微細繊維を分離し、異なる繊維組成を有する少なくとも2種類に分類される繊維材料分を形成するステップと、
得られた前記繊維分を回収し、同一の繊維質製品の異なる層に組み入れるステップと
を有し、
前記微細繊維分を機械処理パルプ、前記製造からの損紙分、またはこれらの組み合わせと混合した後、生成したこの混合物を用いて、前記多層製品の少なくとも1つの繊維層を調製したことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、0.2〜1.5mmスクリーンを通過する微細繊維を有するパルプから含有率が5〜30重量%の繊維材料を分離することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1または2に記載の方法において、1.0mmの平均開孔サイズを有するスクリーンにより、前記パルプにおける前記繊維材料の少なくとも7重量%を前記パルプから分離することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1〜3のうちいずれか一項に記載の方法において、前記スクリーンから得る前記微細繊維を、繊維材料の懸濁液の形式で回収することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項4に記載の方法において、前記スクリーンから得る前記繊維材料および水よりなる前記懸濁液を別途に脱水せずに使用して、繊維質製品を調製することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項4または5に記載の方法において、前記スクリーンから得る前記微細繊維分を、0.5〜2重量%の稠度を有する繊維材料懸濁液の形式で回収することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項6に記載の方法において、前記混合物中の前記微細繊維分の含有率は、前記混合物における全重量の5〜50%としたことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法において、前記微細繊維分をほとんど精製せずに用いて、前記繊維層を調製したことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法において、3層製品を調製し、この場合、前記微細繊維分を前記製品の中間層に含ませることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法において、2層製品を調製し、この場合、前記微細繊維分を前記製品の表層また裏当て層に含ませることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法において、前記短繊維素料は、アルカリ蒸解法を用いて硬質木材から調製した化学処理パルプとしたことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法において、カバノキ科、ハコヤナギ科、ユーカリ科またはアカシア科の原木材料、またはこれらの混合物を用いて短繊維素料を作成したことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項12に記載の方法において、前記繊維の50〜100%が短繊維素料を有する繊維質製品を生産することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、前記繊維の1〜50%、好適には10〜45%、が軟質木材の繊維を有する繊維質製品を生産することを特徴とする方法。
