Claims (8)
- 処理材を加熱する加熱帯と加熱された処理材を冷却する冷却帯とを備え、光輝焼鈍用の雰囲気ガス中で処理材を加熱帯から冷却帯に連続して搬送させて焼鈍させる連続焼鈍炉において、ホワイトパウダー成分を含む上記の雰囲気ガスを連続焼鈍炉からホワイトパウダー除去部に導く案内ダクトを設けると共に、このホワイトパウダー除去部に、上記の雰囲気ガスを冷却させてホワイトパウダーを発生させる冷却ロールと、この冷却ロール上に発生したホワイトパウダーを冷却ロールから除去する除去手段とを設けたことを特徴とする連続焼鈍炉。
- 請求項1に記載の連続焼鈍炉において、連続焼鈍炉からホワイトパウダー除去部に導かれるホワイトパウダー成分を含む雰囲気ガスの温度が、ホワイトパウダー成分の凝固点以上の温度であることを特徴とする連続焼鈍炉。
- 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の連続焼鈍炉において、上記の案内ダクトに、ホワイトパウダー除去部に導く上記の雰囲気ガスの温度を制御する温度制御装置を設けたことを特徴とする連続焼鈍炉。
- 請求項1〜請求項3の何れか1項に記載の連続焼鈍炉において、上記のホワイトパウダー除去部に、上記の冷却ロールと除去手段とを複数設けると共に、雰囲気ガスが通過する冷却ロール間の隙間を小さくしたことを特徴とする連続焼鈍炉。
- 請求項1〜請求項4の何れか1項に記載の連続焼鈍炉において、上記のホワイトパウダー除去部内に冷媒を供給する冷媒供給装置を設けたことを特徴とする連続焼鈍炉。
- 請求項1〜請求項5の何れか1項に記載の連続焼鈍炉において、上記の除去手段によって冷却ロールから除去されたホワイトパウダーをホワイトパウダー除去部から外部に排出させる排出手段を設けたことを特徴とする連続焼鈍炉。
- 請求項1〜請求項6の何れか1項に記載の連続焼鈍炉において、ホワイトパウダーを除去した後の雰囲気ガスを連続焼鈍炉に戻すようにしたことを特徴とする連続焼鈍炉。
- 請求項1〜請求項7の何れか1項に記載の連続焼鈍炉において、上記のホワイトパウダー除去部に振動を与える振動装置を設けたことを特徴とする連続焼鈍炉。
