Description
以上、本発明の実施例について説明したが、本発明はこれに限定されるものではなく、各請求項に記載した範囲を逸脱しない限り、各請求項の記載文言に限定されず、当業者がそれらから容易に置き換えられる範囲にも及び、かつ、当業者が通常有する知識に基づく改良を適宜付加することができる。
Claims (2)
- 少なくとも凹凸シート(11)と平坦シート(12)とが接合され、気体が密閉された多数の気泡部(13)が形成されている合成樹脂製気泡シート(10)を3枚以上積層した状態でシート流れ下流側に送り出す送出工程と、
前記積層された3枚以上の合成樹脂製気泡シート(10)を対向面同士が接触するように外側から加圧する加圧工程と、
前記加圧された状態の合成樹脂製気泡シート(10)を前記合成樹脂の溶融温度以上に加熱し、前記積層された合成樹脂製気泡シート(10)の対向面同士を融着させる加熱工程とを備え、
前記加熱工程では、前記積層された3枚以上の合成樹脂製気泡シート(10)のそれぞれにおいて、前記合成樹脂の溶融温度以上の高温空気が前記気泡部の間の隙間に入り込むように、前記加圧された状態の合成樹脂製気泡シート(10)に前記高温空気を供給することを特徴とする合成樹脂製気泡シート積層体の製造方法。 - 前記加圧工程において、前記積層された合成樹脂製気泡シート(10)を外側から加圧する加圧手段(32a、32b、33a、33b)は、前記合成樹脂の溶融温度以上にならないように冷却される冷却機構を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の合成樹脂製気泡シート積層体の製造方法。
